The Manager of B2B Marketing will lead the development, launch, and growth of marketing programs that serve Tractor Supply Company's expanding business-to-business customer base. Strategic Leadership & Planning
* Drive development and evolution of Tractor Supply's B2B marketing strategy to support growth across multiple programs and customer segments.

* Represent Tractor Supply at industry events, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities that reach key business audiences.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
* Define and track KPIs for B2B marketing effectiveness-pipeline contribution, lead conversion, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
* Use analytics and insights to continuously improve marketing performance, customer targeting, and campaign scalability.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years focused on B2B marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market strategy.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Master's preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, budgeting, and measurement of integrated campaigns across all paid and organic channels.
Direct execution of brand promotions, ticket sales campaigns, and revenue-driving initiatives following Speedway Motorsports Marketing Playbooks.
Collaborate with corporate and local teammates to align enterprise-wide initiatives with Nashville market opportunities.
Review and approve creative materials, messaging, and promotional calendars for accuracy and brand consistency.
Identify areas to refine Playbook practices based on data, fan insights, and campaign performance.

National Roof Company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in our Goodlettsville, TN office. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing commercial and multi-family roofing accounts.
This role is designed for a seasoned commercial roofing professional who can take an established line of business and drive it forward through leadership, systems, and strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
Commercial Estimating & Insurance Claims Leadership
• Create, review, and defend complex commercial and multi-family roofing estimates using Xactimate (Level 2 proficiency required).
• Lead insurance-driven commercial claims from inspection through settlement, including supplements and negotiations.
• Work directly with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and approvals.
• Review plans, specifications, site conditions, and damage reports to determine accurate project costs.
• Ensure estimating practices align with real-world build costs, manufacturer requirements, and NRC margin expectations.
Project & Operational Oversight
• Oversee commercial project estimating and coordinate handoff to production teams.

• Strong working knowledge of TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and Metal roofing systems
• Demonstrated estimating, budgeting, and margin control expertise
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities
Preferred / Nice to Have
• Experience with AccuLynx
