The DVS Group of brands is seeking an experienced Marketing Director that will be responsible for creating, executing, and measuring comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals and corporate image standards. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution, from crafting brand messaging to implementing digital campaigns. The Marketing Director will be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and lead generation while leveraging systems to track performance and optimize results. This position will be responsible all brands within the DVS Group, including DVS LED Systems & Volux Lighting brands. This position is hybrid-remote. Although work will primarily be performed remotely, qualifying applicants must reside in South Florida and be able to report to the office up to 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning: Create, execute, measure, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth, primarily across digital and social channels. Campaign Development & Execution: Manage creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to promote DVS/Volux Products and offerings. SEO / PPC Management: Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and maintain PPC campaigns to drive traffic, and increase online visibility. Content Creation: Create compelling copy for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media posts, technical whitepapers, web pages, press releases, and proposals or other sales enablement tools. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media platforms, curating content that aligns with our brand and engages our target clientele. Brand Management: Strengthen our brand presence by ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms including proposals to clients. Marketing Templates: Responsible for the creation and management of marketing communication templates, including, but not limited to, the Brand Guidelines, Case Studies, Blogs, Proposals, etc. Collaboration: Partner with sales, solutions development teams, and creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives. Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee the marketing budget and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to maximize efficiency and ROI. Event Planning: Collaborate wither internal and external teams for planning tradeshow logistics and relevant marketing materials. Requirements & Experience: 5+ years prior experience in a marketing management role within a B2B, manufacturer, or related field. Proven track record of measurable success in lead generation, content creation, and brand awareness. Strong copywriting, content creation, WordPress, and editorial skills. Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting on marketing metrics and adjusting strategies based on insights. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
