    The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the PR & Marketing team in the development and execution of brand marketing and digital strategies for GUESS and Marciano brands. The primary objective of the role will be to support in upper funnel/ brand awareness objectives that will, in turn, continue to drive sales across the business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Deliver a consistent marketing message that will strengthen the company's position across various platforms. Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company's products and services. Identify and interpret social media trends. Analyze existing and potential media activities and engage in market research to determine potential business opportunities. Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Manage a Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company. Plan, manage and implement all new social media activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, and promotions. Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed. Regularly feed back insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion. Collaborate with other departments and develop unique marketing strategies and partnerships for the brands online social media outlets. Schedule and organize multiple calendars from various departments which generate content on a daily basis. Collaborate in the planning and development of Guess' social media platforms. Coordinate with U.S. and Global retail and marketing teams and ensure a timely distribution of weekly and monthly updates. Manage all U.S. and Global social media sites for the brand. Drive traffic to stores and E-Commerce through concepts such as engagement, collections presentation, store locator and event information. Identify Search Engine Marketing (SEM) business opportunities based on competitive research, industry data/trends and key performance metrics of current marketing campaigns. Build search engine volume and efficiency forecasts, initiating tests (keyword bits, ad copy, landing pages) to improve key metrics (click, search, convert), making recommendations on keyword selection, and managing relationships with SEM partners. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6-8 Years Salary Minimum $100,000.00 Salary Maximum $115,000.00 Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. Hands-On Execution (50%) · Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and other ecommerce channels. · Configure and optimize email & SMS campaigns via Klaviyo. · Monitor and improve SEO performance using Semrush, Google Search Console, and other tools. · Track and report on KPIs using Google Analytics (GA4), dashboards, and Excel. · Update and configure the website using basic HTML/CSS and Shopify theme settings. · Execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and merchandising strategies. · Troubleshoot and resolve ecommerce issues in real-time. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field 5+ years of professional experience building and leading high-performing e-commerce development teams in a fast-growing organization. Demonstrable expertise with delivering outstanding digital consumer experiences, with frequent release cycles, which directly impact a company meeting its business goals. Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects. Highly entrepreneurial with extensive knowledge of the components of a profitable ecommerce business, including digital marketing, site experience, analytics, customer insights, content, sit merchandising and customer journey Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices.
