LSS of WI and Upper MI is seeking a Human Service Professional to join our Interactions and skill building team! This is a part-time, benefits eligible role. This is a 32 hour per week role, taking place Thursday - Sunday.
Interactions provides supervised visitation for children in out of home placement in our office, clients home, or out in the community. The position also provides parent education as needed.
The role requires flexibility to include evening hours based on the needs of the families. The role does require working in the Eau Claire Community and the surrounding counties but will have the ability to work remotely for documentation and administrative tasks.
Examples of services Expected may include (These are examples, not all inclusive, and all services may not be provided by an individual employee:
Individual and/or Family Psychoeducation (e.g. mental health, substance use, parenting)
Participation on recovery teams. (provide feedback around service delivery and progress)

Attend and participate in staff development programs, including in-service training, staff meetings, and professional seminars.
Within your scope of practice, provide consultation to peers.
Work a flexible weekly schedule that includes some evening and/or weekend hours for client appointments. Work directly with Program Supervisor or Manager to set expectations for scheduling clients. Schedule is based on client need.
Understand productivity expectations. Meet or exceed the standards that have been established for the role and the program.

The Sports Marketing Manager co-creates and executes Speedo's athlete and partnership strategy across North America. Summary: Position will be responsible for generating revenue through the solicitation and acquisition of orders in the West Region territory. The focus is on working collaboratively with existing and potential customers at the engineering level to understand their technical requirements and provide interconnect solutions from Amphenol Alden. Will also develop accounts to support the West Region sales team and ensure that all new business opportunities in the pipeline are explored to their fullest potential.
Essential Functions:
* Drive sales grow in the defined accounts and territory to achieve assigned sales goals.
* Utilize strong communication skills to drive sales initiatives.
* Assist the sales team in mining defined accounts for additional orders.
* Develop technical expertise on products and applications to maximize sales efforts.
* Communicate sales opportunities and need for further technical support.
* Participate in industry trade events when needed.
Required Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
* Minimum 3 years displayed experience in providing technical customer Support.
* At least 3 years of direct industry experience with the sale of electronic components for medical devices or industrial markets.
* Up to 40% travel is needed, so must have the ability to travel to meet business objectives both domestically and sometimes internationally.
* Must have excellent communication skills and be a structured, self-motivated person.
* Position is fully remote; qualified candidates will reside in CA (preferred), AZ, or NV.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Technologies Engineer to join our team and help drive Credit Acceptance's digital transformation. In this role, you will be central to expanding and optimizing our Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem-including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)-while also supporting other key marketing technologies. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve measurement, personalization, and campaign execution. Outcomes and Activities:
This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an assigned Southfield, Michigan office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at a Southfield, Michigan office location if requested by the team member.
Engineer to develop, create and manage our marketing technology implementations
Design, build, deploy and scale marketing technologies implementations
Evolve and manage the solution design reference documentation which outlines installation requirements, rules and use cases across web and mobile properties and applications
Work with engineers to create, manage and enforce digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data is captured for analysis
Complete rigorous testing and validate the implementation of marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, campaign tracking implementation)
Design, implement and maintain tag management solutions (e.g. Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager)
Design, implement, and maintain Data Schemes for data ingestion and profile management
Assist with creation, implementation, and testing of new custom tags and tracking for campaigns
Debug the problems which arise in production and propose effective solutions
Contribute to team's sprint commitments and actively participate in our Agile practices
Contribute to continuous learning activities to improve design and code quality as well as to increase application domain knowledge
Assist with technical/tag audits and present findings/recommendations to stakeholders in a well-designed, clear, and actionable fashion
Support compliance efforts related to data storage
Guide and aid less experienced engineers

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field of study; or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in web development software engineering
5+ years of experience with a Tag Management platform such as Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager (GTM)
5+ years of experience with Object Oriented Design, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
3+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation
Experience creating and maintaining operational data quality monitoring processes
Experience with Web Analytics, Data Management, and Attribution tools
Knowledge around API implementations
Working knowledge of site optimization, product development, usability or UX
Good understanding of web security standards, customer privacy, and compliance requirements
Understanding of the online measurement ecosystem and performance metrics, with a key focus and expertise in collecting, analyzing, synthesizing data
Proficiency with tag auditing tools
Preferred:
Demonstrated proficiency implementing and maintaining Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics and other marketing technologies
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js
Experience with AWS services and backend service development experience
Experience with high-throughput data processing pipelines
Experience with reporting and ad hoc analysis
Experience working closely with Marketing and Product organizations

Target Compensation: A competitive base salary range from $147,009 - $171,511. This position is eligible for an annual variable bonus of cash and equity, between 10-20%. Final compensation within the range is influenced by many factors including role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education and certifications.
Candidates who reside in the following major metropolitan areas may be eligible for a premium on top of the posted range based on their specific zone: San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, New York City, Los Angeles and San Diego.
