Under the direction of our Email Marketing Program Manager, the Email Marketing Graphic Designer will support different product categories by driving Sony's brand message through impactful creative media assets. This role will focus primarily on email marketing campaigns and non-static content (GIFs, digital animations), with occasional support for programmatic media and free-hand designs.
This role is a 12-month contract position.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Implement art direction in alignment with standardized brand guidelines, maintaining overall brand consistency
Partner with the business unit teams to ensure all creative brief information is complete
Brainstorm and support development of new and unique design ideas for campaigns to test across different product lines and media channels
Support creative proofing from internal and third-party vendors for brand standard accuracy and compliance

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design and 1 year of professional experience in graphic design
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Demonstrate understanding of requirement-based design (i.e. creating creative assets tailored for seamless HTML implementation)
Preferred Requirements:
2+ years of experience in dedicated email marketing design
Demonstrate proficiency across the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, and After Effects

Produce presentations, brochures, web content and other materials to support the sales and client service efforts.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and win/loss reviews to help determine opportunities to further strengthen our brand by differentiating our firm from others.

Responsibilities
