The Graphic Designer - Channel Marketing will support the growth of our retail and wholesale channels, with a primary focus on the design, layout, and execution of retail catalogs and sales materials. This role also supports apparel production by translating approved creative concepts into accurate, production-ready files for DTG, screen printing, and embroidery.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and effective communication with both internal teams and external production partners. Accuracy around intellectual property usage and legal marks is critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
Channel Marketing & Retail Support (Primary Focus)
Design and produce retail catalogs, line sheets, and wholesale sales materials primarily using Adobe InDesign.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate assortments and launch strategies into clear, compelling channel-facing assets.
Manage timelines, revisions, and version control for channel marketing materials aligned with sales and buying cycles.
Ensure all channel-facing assets are accurate, on-brand, and ready for print and digital distribution.
Production Artwork & Apparel Support (Secondary Focus)
Prepare production-ready artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for DTG, screen printing, and embroidery.
Adapt artwork for decoration-specific requirements including color, sizing, and placement.
Communicate with external decorators and print partners to confirm specifications and resolve issues.
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
Ensure proper use of ™ and marks and compliance with intellectual property and licensing guidelines.
Maintain organized creative files and support management of shared asset repositories or DAM systems.
Support the Product Manager with mockups, presentations, and ad hoc design needs.
Qualifications
1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, or consumer products.
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign for catalogs and layouts.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for production artwork.
Familiarity with apparel decoration methods including DTG, screen printing, and embroidery.

As an intern, you will be matched with a “host unit” based on skills and interests, allowing direct supervision and mentorship by a frontline fundraiser at the university. As an intern, you are integrated into your individual host unit teams, working on contributing to live projects such as supporting donor engagement, stewardship, and fundraising strategy, and can network with the IU Foundation's professional staff and the rest of the intern cohort.
Program Highlights:
Learning Series on the Fundraising Process: As a cohort, you'll engage in a structured learning series led by IU Foundation and development leadership. You will learn the IU Way of Fundraising-the people, processes, infrastructure, and strategy that guide the shared approach to fundraising at Indiana University.
Networking Opportunities: Build relationships with development leaders, frontline fundraisers and advancement professionals at IU through the learning experience, unit projects and individual connections. Responsibilities
The Social Media Intern will assist the Director of Communications in all initiatives related to the department
This position will work all available hours throughout the week to create content and be a part of the marketing and content team
Use of live in-game content for social media channels for the off-season
Assist with online fan interaction, including managing contests on social media
Contribute to fan interaction and content idea brainstorming
Assist in updating social media to follow current trends as assigned
Create short form video content for Reels and TikTok
Other duties as assigned

Why This Role Matters:
Group 1001 is looking for a college student to join us as a Data Analytics Intern at our Zionsville, IN, corporate office. The internship will run from May 18 to August 7, 2026. The Data Analytics Intern will support on-going enterprise data platform modernization efforts by working on the Data Solution Services team to operationalize analytics through data domains as we transition to a modern data platform.
How You'll Contribute:
Assist with data onboarding to Snowflake and data quality validation (profiling, cleansing, reconciliation) to ensure trusted, well-documented datasets.
Support data governance practices by updating data catalogs, lineage, and metadata to improve discoverability and compliance.
Enable user adoption by creating how-to guides, running demos, capturing feedback, and implementing a reusable new user on-boarding process
Build dashboards and analytical reports using Sigma
What We're Looking For:
Undergraduate students completing their sophomore or junior year pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems; or completed coursework related to data analytics or information systems
Availability to work full-time hours over the summer.
Familiarity with Insurance industry is ideal
Ability to clearly articulate complex information to others.
Detail oriented with strong focus on quality of deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve problems and issues of all types.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ownership and accountability for deliverables.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Strong written and communication skills.
Ability to establish positive relationships and work effectively with any department.
Familiar with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
