Role Responsibilities
Lead the creation of our industry-leading, graphic-intensive offering memorandums (OMs), serving as the primary marketing support for the Pegasus platform
Design and produce highly polished print and digital materials, including pitch decks, presentations, marketing emails, website assets, and social content
Translate complex real estate transactions, market data, and investment narratives into clear, compelling, and visually sophisticated marketing materials

Essential Qualifications
2-5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably within commercial real estate, finance, professional services, or a related field
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
Prior email marketing experience
Demonstrated experience producing complex, design-forward marketing materials, such as OMs or high-end presentations
Experience with project management platforms (Notion, Airtable, Asana)

THE ROLE
The Digital Advertiser, Paid Social will support all facets of the marketing & digital advertising process for Festivals and/or Concerts, focusing on digital media planning & buying strategy and analytics for paid social, video, display, and search. This position will be responsible for utilizing previous experience to assist in the development of effective awareness, traffic, and conversion driving plans and providing in-depth analysis throughout and post-campaign, with a heavy focus on paid social media tactics & implementation. In addition, the Digital Advertiser role will be expected to lead the entire asset request and management process through the entirety of the campaign, including recommendations for what features ads should entail (i.e., Call to Action), trafficking creative, sending tags to publishers, and analyzing performance daily. This position reports to the Director, Digital Advertising & Lead Digital Advertiser. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute digital advertising strategies and campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Reddit), Google (Display, Search, YouTube), etc. to achieve organizational objectives, including driving awareness, demand generation, engagement, and ticket sales.
Provide direction on tactical approach during the planning process and work closely with key members of the marketing and executive teams to align on budget optimization, campaign objectives, channel capabilities, audience strategy, creative requirements, site tagging for measurement, and new opportunities.
Gather brief materials and prepare effective media plans across the Insomniac Festival and/or Concert business units, ensuring media mix and budget allocations are delivered against marketing goals.
Coordinate the entire digital ad campaign process, including building audiences, creating media plans, building campaigns, creating tags, and updating and copy when needed.

Perform preliminary data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets using statistical tools and software.
Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve information from databases for specific analysis projects, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
Participate in the design and implementation of new data collection and analysis methodologies to improve the quality and efficiency of data-driven decision-making processes.
Document analytical methodologies, coding procedures, statistical findings and progress reports to ensure transparency and reproducibility of results.
Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of data analytics tools and software, including performing updates and ensuring compatibility with data sources.
The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 per hour.
Please note this role is based in-person in our LA office.

About the Role As a Data Scientist Intern at Tinder, you'll help us uncover insights from one of the world's largest datasets to enhance user experience, strengthen safety, and drive innovation across our platform. You'll work alongside talented engineers, data scientists, and product teams to solve real-world problems using data-driven approaches that shape the future of how people connect.What you'll do:
Explore and analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Develop and evaluate machine learning models and/or LLMs that improve user experience and engagement.
Design and execute A/B experiments to measure the impact of product features and algorithmic changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Data Science, Product, and Engineering to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Present key findings and project outcomes to Product and Leadership teams during end-of-internship demos.
Translate data insights into clear narratives and recommendations that inform product roadmaps and user experience improvements.
Participate in improving the team's tools and techniques for experiment reads, focusing on standardization, automation, and clear documentation.
What we're looking for:
Passion for using data and experimentation to solve complex problems.
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
Familiarity with / building to proficiency in Python.
Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning fundamentals.
Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Currently pursuing a BS/BA, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field.
