Brand, Content & Decks
* Build and customize partner decks, one-pagers, and activation proposals in Canva (using existing templates and brand guidelines)
* Create event-specific assets (simple signage, basic graphics, slides) that match the partner and venue context
* Produce post-event recap decks highlighting outcomes, learnings, and future opportunities
Project & Stakeholder Management
* Manage multiple partners and campaigns at once, balancing short-term sprints with long-term relationships
* Keep internal stakeholders aligned through clear communication and regular check-ins
* Serve as a "translator" between visionary ideas, technical constraints, and partner expectations
* Identify bottlenecks early and proactively suggest trade-offs or prioritization changes
Requirements
* Typically 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, account management, or event/experiential marketing
* Proven experience managing client or partner relationships end-to-end (from onboarding to renewal or wrap)
* Comfortable leading calls with senior stakeholders and guiding conversations toward a clear outcome
* Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple simultaneous projects without losing details
* Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams (e.g., sales, ops, creative, product/engineering)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; knows when to email, when to call, and when to get everyone in a room
* Proficiency with Canva (or similar tools) for building decks and simple marketing assets
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly for events, including some evenings and weekends
* Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate
Nice to Have (but not required)
