Position Details/Description:
The Marketing Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing the Firm's visibility, reputation, and client engagement. This multifaceted position blends strategic communication, creative content development, and project management to support a wide range of initiatives including RFP/RFQ responses, social media campaigns, email marketing, and blog administration. The Marketing Communications Coordinator works collaboratively across departments and statewide teams to ensure the consistency and quality of the Firm's messaging and brand presence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end coordination of RFP and RFQ responses.
Plan, write, and execute social media and email marketing campaigns.
Manage the Firm's blog and assist in website content creation.
Support attorney and practice group marketing, including bios and credentials.
Prepare firm collateral and publications, press releases, award submissions, and directories.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside vendors on communications projects.
General marketing research and administrative support as needed.
Serve as a back-up for other members of the marketing and training team.
Assist with Firm annual conference.
Moderate and facilitate webinars.

Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Annualized Salary | Compensation:

Maintain a working relationship with costume character talent as well as external partners and vendors for various events.
Outreach to talent to schedule and book appearances for all internal and external Marketing needs.
Draft and send call sheets and run of show to share with internal staff, external partners, and talent.
Update and maintain the character appearance requests and calendar in Airtable.
Uphold character training and guidelines for all costume appearances, staff appearances as needed, and share guidelines with external partners.
Maintain the care and cleaning of all costumes as well as transporting and shipping in a timely manner.
Research vendors and gather pricing/quotes as needed in relation to character costume appearances.
Processing invoices in a timely manner.
Work with the legal team on agreements/NDAs for all talent and/or vendors.
Space Licensing & Sanrio Stores
Provide support to Wholesale/Stores team for these accounts.
Review and provide feedback on Café menu items, product development, and collateral as needed; gain an understanding of brand aesthetics for accounts.
Build relationships with existing and new partners.
Populate information and share with both internal/external contacts.
Source collateral as needed.

What do YOU bring to the table (AKA: Experience, Skillset & Personal Attributes)
2+ years' experience in Marketing, Space Licensing, Wholesale, Events preferred.
Trend Research: Active participant across multiple Social Media channels and experience with Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok etc.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory, Basecamp, AirTable experience preferred, + the ability to adapt to other system software programs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute and present ideas in meetings and to other team members.
A team player able to take direction as necessary, work professionally and collaboratively with internal/external business partners.
