As Kenda's Sales and Marketing Associate I, you'll be the vital first point of contact for our customers. This role demands bicycle industry experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and track B2C orders through Kenda's ERP system
Manage order fulfillment, shipping, and customer communication
Handle customer inquiries including warranty claims, returns, and product questions
Coordinate LTL shipping for OEM and distribution channels
Enforce MAP policy and monitor inventory levels
Process sales leads and warranty claims
Analyze sales data and create performance reports
Support marketing initiatives, including trade show attendance
Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Experience with ERP systems (Sage, NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Proven customer service experience (1-2 years)
Ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates degree or higher preferred
1+ year bicycle industry experience with wheel/tire technical knowledge
Working Environment & Schedule:
This non-exempt operates primarily in a professional office setting, with the standard hours of Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5 PM. The role included periodic warehouse duties for inventory management and occasional travel to industry trade shows.
