Qualifications Education and ExperienceFormal Education Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study

Required / CredentialsAble to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities; excellent organizational skills. Ability to create effective visual messages in accordance with corporate identity standards.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent related work experience,
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria3+ years' work experience, 3+ years of experience in marketing thought leadership, campaign planning and project management, digital marketing, and development of effective marketing messages.
Experience working in Adobe Design software, with basic level of design capabilities.
Updating of KnowledgeJob requirements occasionally change requiring re-training to stay current every 3-5 years.
