They manage relationships with U.S. and Americas based intermediaries as well as intermediaries in Asia, the Pacific region, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This team also manages relationships with individual investors, retirement plan sponsors, and participants. Global Distribution also works to develop new global distribution channels.

U.S. Intermediaries (USI):
The US Intermediaries business (USI) distributes investment solutions to Financial Advisors, Home Offices and Platforms across the United States. We offer products designed to meet clients' needs including mutual funds, Separately Managed Accounts, Trusts/Sub-Advised and ETFs. The types of intermediaries that we partner with include broker/dealers, national and regional banks, registered investment advisors, platform service providers, large defined contribution recordkeepers, and insurance companies. Internship opportunities are within our integrated sales business. Cutting across both wealth and retirement, Integrated Sales drives commercial outcomes through internal partnerships, and (primarily) virtual client engagements.
The internship program will provide a consistent and accurate foundation upon which to make informed business decisions for the US Intermediaries department across all business segments including Broker Dealer, Financial Institutions and Retirement. Projects may include developing processes, creating reports, competitor and proprietary trade analysis, enhancing advisor profiling through data acquisition and inventory management.
Additional responsibilities may include:
+ Evaluate and refine current processes and procedures
+ Analyze current business strategy to identify areas of opportunity (from an internal process perspective as well as client-facing perspective)
+ Prescribe a plan for implementation of changes and ways to monitor performance
Institutional Distribution (Americas):
