Lead day-to-day relationships with Spanish-language programmers and external partners Develop and execute integrated Hispanic co-marketing campaigns, including productions, digital activations, influencer partnerships, and custom initiatives Own end-to-end campaign planning and go-to-market execution in collaboration with internal teams across marketing, content, legal, and product Drive co-marketing messaging and creative development by partnering with agencies and media partners to deliver culturally resonant storytelling Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; translate insights into optimization and continuous improvement Advocate for co-marketing priorities internally while championing and strengthening existing programmer partnerships Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships that unlock new opportunities and deliver mutual business impact Desired Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Hispanic marketing and/or advertising 5+ years of experience in partnership, co-marketing, or integrated marketing initiatives Fluent Spanish-language marketer with the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience managing agencies and partners to deliver results through influence and collaboration Confident communicator with experience presenting to and engaging stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Willingness to travel as business needs require Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $46.00 and $67.00.
