Key Responsibilities Acquisition and Performance Marketing Own the full-funnel acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels, including SEM, paid social, display, sponsored content, affiliate, influencer, and emerging platforms. Manage external agency relationships to drive channel growth and maximize return on ad spend. Identify and develop new acquisition opportunities such as content partnerships, affiliates, and brand collaborations. Conduct A/B testing on creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance. Monitor KPIs and manage acquisition metrics including CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Maintain and distribute weekly and monthly reports to track revenue, performance, and profitability. Analyze customer cohorts to uncover insights and improve targeting of high-value segments. Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Lead strategy and execution across retention channels, including email, SMS, loyalty, and retargeting. Expand the reach and impact of email and SMS programs through automated flows, exclusive offers, and audience segmentation. Own email list management, segmentation strategy, creative content, scheduling, and deployment. Define and track key lifecycle KPIs, reporting weekly and monthly on channel performance. Analyze customer behavior and engagement across retention channels to drive improvements in LTV. Requirements 7+ years of experience in digital, performance, or retention marketing in a DTC ecommerce environment. Jewelry or luxury goods experience preferred. Proven track record managing paid media strategies, optimizing budgets, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Hands-on experience with key marketing and analytics tools such as Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and others. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
