Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert on advanced marketing analytics methodologies, including MTA, MMM, UMM, and incrementality testing.
Apply attribution frameworks and business data to evaluate acquisition performance and optimize marketing performance.
Work collaboratively with analytics leadership to design and operationalize a MMM to measure channel impact on leads and priority KPI. Use model outputs to recommend adjustments and improvements to marketing strategies.
Help lead incrementality testing efforts, including experiment design, tracking results, and partnering with marketing teams to ensure incrementality test results and learnings are shared broadly and inform future strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations, clean data infrastructure, and consistent data modeling.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in STEM or other quantitative discipline preferred.
6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with 2+ years working with advanced marketing measurement.

Compensation Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Own and grow Talkiatry's paid TikTok execution and creative strategy, including:
