Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Funnel Management Own daily lead acquisition performance with a target of 1,000+ new Weekly Soundbite subscribers per day. Build, manage, and optimize all HubSpot funnels, automations, segmentation, and reporting. Oversee paid acquisition and advertising vendor management. Ensure strong marketing-driven lead flow to the Guide Program (not sales management). Coordinate closely with media and social teams to align messaging and timing. Lead Referral Report Intake & Partner Flow Own the full Lead Referral intake process end-to-end. Improve the quality, completeness, and partner usability of the Lead Referral Report. Increase the percentage of subscribers who request an introduction to a creative partner (target: 5%). Optimize user experience from subscriber to intake to report delivery. Down-Sell Product Marketing Lead product marketing for all down-sell offers, including Soundbite Strategy On-Demand Course StoryBrand Live Workshops StoryBrand Private Workshops StoryBrand Mastermind StoryBrand Sales Training Build and optimize conversion funnels, launches, nurture sequences, and landing pages for each product.
