As a key member of the North America Logitech for Business (L4B) Marketing Team, the Marketing Manager, Education will be responsible for building and executing a marketing strategy for both direct and indirect (i.e. through channel). The direct marketing strategy will be built upon the focus areas defined by leadership, leverage the content, messaging and programs received from central functions or self-generated, and address the unique needs and objectives for the Direct Engagement Public Sector sales team. The channel strategy will serve the capabilities, constraints, and business objectives of the priority Education channel partners. Programs could include to-channel tactics such as enablement, training, and incentives, as well as through-channel tactics such as advertising, email, and events. The Marketing Manager, Education will present and garner buy-in for a proposed plan of activities, and will continually measure and evaluate return on investment, other key performance indicators, and pursue innovation and continual improvement. This role requires a collaborative, team player who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment. A successful Marketing Manager, Education will seize the opportunity to influence content, programs, and platforms while being equally willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute where necessary. These are the behaviors you'll need for success at Logitech.** In this role you will: + Act as the primary marketing point of contact for the direct engagement and channel sales and engineering teams selling into the education segment. + Proactively design a quarterly and annual marketing plan and key performance indicators, inclusive of direct and channel programs that are aligned with business priorities and sales' objectives. + Work with our channel partners to design to and through marketing programs that increase our mindshare for Logitech within the partner, and ultimately drive Education revenue through the channel partner with end customers. + Submit quarterly and ad hoc proposals for budget and manage the logistics of vendor payments and internal finance processes. + Understand how campaigns and messaging from central marketing functions need to be customized and localized for the education market, and then quickly execute those customizations. + Regularly engage and support the priority channel partners - as defined by available revenue data and the Public Sector Sales Leaders - and the Logitech channel account managers assigned to those partners. + Deliver a regular cadence of communications to channel partners about Logitech's solutions for education, including (but not limited to) customer newsletter content, channel newsletter content, a Public Sector Channel Summit, etc. + Serve as the primary marketing liaison with the Public Sector sales team for K12 and higher education marketing activities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions that align with business objectives, including set-up, pre and post-analysis (lift & return on investment), and reporting results both internally and externally. + Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimize channel marketing initiatives. + Develop metrics and measures to track Logitech's share of the relevant channel partner education revenue, progress towards capturing additional share, and program results by channel partner. Provide these metrics and results to channel account managers and leadership on a regular cadence (quarterly, at a minimum). + Bring your relationships with education-specific vendors and marketing agencies to Logitech to scale, create efficiencies, and innovate in your marketing programs and tactics. + Act as a subject matter expert within the broader organization regarding the needs, requirements of the Public Sector market, and how they provide benefit to Logitech. **In addition, this role will have regional responsibility for the following programs.** + Utilize market data, customer feedback, and channel inputs to articulate to the Education Business Accelerator Group the marketing content, campaign, and product requirements and the potential revenue impact of meeting those needs. **Key Qualifications:** For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: + Demonstrated success in education marketing. Experience targeting IT decision-makers with technology and/or enterprise services is a plus. + Strong track record of designing, executing, and tracking performance of digital marketing programs and events is required. + Vision to proactively anticipate and understand problems and opportunities and present comprehensive and timely solutions. + Dexterity to manage multiple projects and prioritize the work with the biggest impact on the business. + Confidence to communicate in a clear and concise manner using the mode (verbal, writing, or video) that is appropriate for the topic and audience.
