About the Role
We're hiring our first Growth Marketing Manager to help build the foundation of our demand engine and generate qualified pipeline as we scale from early traction to market leadership. This role is less about managing predefined programs and more about owning channels, driving high-impact experiments, and building an integrated engine that converts quality leads into pipeline. You will be instrumental in increasing the velocity and efficiency of our marketing funnel, from lead to opportunity.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape demand generation at a fast-growing health tech company addressing critical problems in a massive, underserved market.
What you'll do:
Take full ownership of performance in key acquisition channels (e.g., paid search/social, content distribution, email nurture), with a mandate to relentlessly test, optimize, and scale what works.
Design and execute a strategy to significantly grow our organic footprint, focusing on content distribution, SEO, and building high-quality, sustainable lead generation channels.
Lead the distribution strategy for tentpole content and campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels to maximize reach and drive quality lead generation.
Identify friction points in the funnel and quickly devise and launch experiments (A/B tests, new targeting, messaging) to increase efficiency and velocity.
Ensure all channels-organic content, paid tactics, and events-work together to deliver a cohesive, personalized, and efficient customer journey.
You may be a good fit if you:
5+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Acquisition Marketing, preferably at a high-growth or enterprise SaaS.
Know what "good" and "great" look like in digital acquisition and be able to make informed, high-velocity go/no-go decisions on channel spend and strategy.
Bring deep, hands-on experience in at least one core digital growth area (e.g., Paid Media/Acquisition, SEO/Content Distribution, or Demand Generation Campaigns). While we are spiking in organic, experience in paid acquisition is necessary to understand the competitive landscape and contribute to a balanced marketing mix.
Highly analytical and comfortable owning metrics such as CAC, LTV, MQL/SQL conversion rates, and channel ROI.
Experience with Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot.

The Associate Director (AD), Market Access Marketing - Sleep will support the Sleep Franchise team with a remit of optimally positioning Jazz products to enable patient access in an increasingly challenging and evolving US access landscape.
The AD, Market Access Marketing - Sleep will report to and primarily function as strategic support to the Director, Market Access Marketing - Sleep and lead the tactical execution in support of brand strategy. The AD is responsible for the implementation of the payer value proposition and promotional/non-personal tools and tactics for use with third party payers. In addition, this individual will work cross-functionally with various field teams including Payer Account teams, Field Access and Reimbursement teams, and Field Sales teams to ensure they are equipped with programs, tools, resources, and messaging to optimize customer engagement and ensure patient access.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Thinking: Think strategically across indications to identify opportunities to align and further complement efforts to maximize value communication

Performance Measurement: Lead the development and coordination of performance measurement and reporting across responsible assets and KPIs to ensure access messaging is effectively delivering on brand access objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred
7+ years of combined experience in pharmaceutical marketing, market access, or related field
4+ years of experience in Market Access Marketing, Patient Support Services, and/or Payer Account Management
Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including payer dynamics and reimbursement pathways

Events and Field Marketing:
* Partners with Events team to develop and execute geo-targeted LP campaigns and networking opportunities in key hubs (e.g., New York, San Francisco, London), aligning content, speakers, and topics to LP interests.

The Team You'll Work With
You'll be joining our Integrated Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation and Field Marketing. The Carta marketing team plays a vital role in our growth across all products, audiences and sectors.
About You
* Exceptional relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and executive leaders, especially across GTM teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.).
* Maturity and strategic acumen to independently drive high-impact demand generation programs targeting sophisticated LP audiences, while aligning cross-functional teams to shared goals.
* Deep understanding of modern marketing functions-including digital, field, ABM, content, events, lifecycle-and proven ability to influence resources and priorities across teams to achieve demand generation objectives.
* Strong track record of designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel, data-driven campaigns that create pipeline and accelerate revenue, ideally for complex B2B, SaaS, fintech or financial services solutions.
* Demonstrated expertise in collaborating cross-functionally with revenue teams and influencing senior leaders to advance marketing initiatives.
* Outstanding communication, project management, and prioritization skills; thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
* BA required; experience marketing to institutional investors, LPs, or financial stakeholders highly desirable.
* 6+ years' experience in GTM, demand generation, field marketing, or ABM roles-preferably with a focus on fintech, SaaS, or financial services audiences.

Salary
Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $121,550 - $143,000. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.

About the Role
We're hiring our first Event Marketer to own and execute Charta's entire event strategy, encompassing industry tradeshows, owned events (virtual and in-person), and executive roundtables.
