The
Junior MarketingManager
position is a valued team member in all of our departments. The position is considered entry level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising and consumer market research. After successful completion of each department, an individual would be considered a team-lead in the marketing department and development into an executive MarketingManagement position. The entry level MarketingManager reports directly to the Executive MarketingManager.

Primary Duties of the Entry Level MarketingManager:

Works with various corporate/marketingmanagers to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for various market segments.
Provides coordination and project management to ensure promotion success.
Once the management capacity is reached, may also attend these promotions as required.
Monitors use of existing sales tools.
Provides input on requirements for additional tools.

Responsibilities
* Develop compelling messaging that differentiates Vantaca's software and services from competitive alternatives
* Craft customer-facing and sales content including presentations, data sheets, battlecards, website copy, blog posts, and other digital content
* Leverage customer insights to define use cases and personas to support the development of industry and functional targeted messaging for growth marketing campaigns.
* Work with marketing team members as well as creative agencies to create modern digital media such as videos, ebooks, infographics, and other interactive content to support demand-generation and brand marketing.
* Lead the development of case studies, sales wins, and customer references in collaboration with sales, customer success, and services.
* Partner with Product Management to plan and execute product launches, communications, and product training to employees, customers, and partners for new or updated product features.
* Participate on sales calls when appropriate to provide product overviews.
* Assist with speaking and presenting including internal meetings, industry events, analysts, press or media briefings to convey the Vantaca value proposition.
* Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in product marketing with a demonstrated track record of bringing technology products and services to market.
* Experience in SaaS software, particularly ERP, CRM, FinTech or accounting and banking software experience is highly desirable.
* Experience in or knowledge of the Community Association Management (CAM) and/ or Home Owners Association (HOA) industry is a major plus.
* Exemplary messaging and visual storytelling abilities.
* Proficiency in written communication with superior editorial skills.
* Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to persuade and sell ideas.
* Ability to communicate cross-functionally and with senior executives.
* Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment, learn quickly, and comfort with ambiguity.
* Experience using marketing technology such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot CMS, and Adobe is highly desirable.
* An early adopter who's eager to evaluate new tools and methods to become more effective; who monitors industry and technology trends to uncover novel approaches to challenges.
