Raymarine is seeking an extremely organized and enthusiastic Marketing Program Manager to join our Americas team. The primary responsibility of this role is working collectively with the Americas marketing and Sales teams. Responsibilities include working collectively with the teams, coordination and execution of trade shows, marketing campaign support and product launch support.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Works on the planning and implementation of projects and programs that support the marketing functions and team.Interacts directly with cross functional teams, as well as brand ambassadors/influencers to identify marketing opportunities.Prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to sales team support as needed.Works individually or with the team on recommending actions, scheduling, planning projects, estimating cost, and managing projects to completion.May identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities that support sales and marketing objectives.Provide pre- and post-sale marketing support of trade shows, manage coordination of trade show planning and execution. Including booking booth space, ordering exhibition services, overseeing logistics, managing booth asset.In addition to agency support, marketing strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.Manage the trade show schedule and budget utilizing our event management system, Exhibit Force, in addition to managing the inventory levels of marketing materials.Support the marketing team with campaigns and product launches.Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function.
3 -5 years of experience managing trade shows or events, marketing, and/or project management.Vendor management experience, agency experience a plus Core marketing principals for both B2B and B2CMarketing Insights and Analytics understanding Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office products Ability to travel domestically 25%
