As a Public Relations & Marketing Manager you will:
• Be the Public Relations & Marketing Manager for Non-Acute Services
•Assist with the day-to-day public relations and marketing activities for Physician Enterprise, including Adventist Medical Group (AMG), Adventist HealthCare Imaging, One Health Quality Alliance and LifeWork Strategies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of physician onboarding activities.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns to support the strategic priorities of Physician Enterprise and key service lines. This includes writing advertising content and creative concepts.
• Use of customer relationship management (CRM) and physician relationship management (PRM) platform to develop segmentation and engagement strategies.
• Ensure that marketing and communication projects align with organization brand standards, strategies and policies.
• Manage day-to-day digital campaigns for key service lines. Partner with digital vendor to optimize campaigns as needed.
• Work with advertising partners to develop media buys and negotiate pricing for campaigns.
• Create, update and maintain collateral materials for Physician Enterprise groups and key service lines.
• Attend operational and leadership meetings for relevant services to present marketing and communication activities, as needed.
• Assist with management of social media platforms, as well as online review monitoring software. This includes drafting posts/messages, developing plans, etc.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field
• Minimum of three years' experience in public relations, marketing, communications or journalism, preferably in healthcare
• Strong writing skills
• Understanding of healthcare, with experience in Maryland and Washington, D.C., region a plus
• Experience in using social media platforms
• Ability to attend events, including weekends and evenings
