Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Manage creation, scheduling, and execution of daily email blasts.
• Website updates and adjustments.
• Support the team in managing project schedules and communications with vendors.
• Help maintain and update marketing materials and data across various platforms.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and personal ownership of each project.
• Contribute to market research efforts and compile findings for the team.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of project management and marketing principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
