As Marketing Associate, you will be instrumental in broadening our marketing funnel and analyzing the results to build our list of winning marketing tactics, iterate on promising work, and deepen our knowledge of the customer journey.
You'll support contacts' journey to becoming customers (ācooksā in Copper parlance): building brand awareness, generating and nurturing leads, and converting them into cooks.
No day will be the same: one day you'll be at a video shoot with a cook and the next, you'll be collaborating with our design team to create ads and emails to encourage prospects to make the switch to induction with Copper. At least once a week, you'll get to taste delicious food being made at HQ because our team is passionate about product testing!
In addition to the marketing team (our CMO and the marketing manager you'll report to), you'll also work closely with our business development team to support our multifamily, channel partner, and retail business, shaping how we engage with and serve these audiences.
This is an ideal role for a junior marketer who has a passion for climate tech and building community, and wants to expand their skillset across the art and science of marketing.

Location
This is an in-office role that is on site 4 days per week minimum with 1 days flexible for in-office or remote work. Our office is located in Berkeley, CA.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 per year. We are committed to equitable compensation, and we offer a generous benefits package to make sure you have the support you need. We cover 100% of the premiums for our employees and 50% of the premiums for their dependents on our base plans for medical, dental, and vision insurance. We offer a 401(k) plan for employees to contribute to, in addition to many other benefits. Requirements
Possess a passion for the sports industry, and an upbeat and friendly attitude.

Represent the Arroyo Seco Saints exhibiting a high-level of professionalism at all times.
Excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated and detail oriented.

Notes & Time Commitments
This position eligible for a $500 award, distributed at the conclusion of the staff-season (post Breakdown and Storage).
The position is also eligible as a college credit internship. Applicants not in need of credit may still apply.
All intern staff will be required to participate (in-person or by conference call) in an introductory meeting in late May.
Hours Will Vary. Game Days are typically 1:00-10:00 p.m. Non-game days are on an as-needed basis.
Some remote hours will be required to complete tasks within allotted time frames.
All interns will be required to commit for the duration of the season (exceptions for varying school start/stop dates will be reviewed on an individual basis).
The term of the season can include up to two (2) weeks prior and two (2) weeks after the beginning and ending of the game schedule.

About the Role

Primary Purpose
The Clinical Operations intern supports clinical trial activities and works closely with the clinical operations team to ensure department activities are conducted according to required activity quality standard.
Responsibilities
General administrative support to the clinical operations department.
Assist in managing trial timelines.
Assess and provide feedback on approaches to maximize efficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement.
General administrative support of clinical operations department storage platforms (e.g. Sharepoint, etc.)
Assist in tracking of trial activities which may include but are not limited to feasibility, site selection, participation status, regulatory or ethics status.
Participates in department and/ or clinical trial team meetings and participate in collaborative efforts.
Qualifications
Undergraduate student; junior or senior preferred.
Understanding of study phases and general knowledge of how they apply to clinical development is preferred.

The Intern Research Associate program at the AOA is for those currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in fields such as psychometrics, measurement, statistics, l/O psychology, or data science. Interns will gain hands-on experience with AOA data and research projects that support the organization's mission of advancing the distinctive philosophy and practice of osteopathic medicine. The Certifying Board Services (CBS) department serves 73 certification and certificate programs across 15 specialty certifying boards.
Interns will work and collaborate with the psychometric and assessment teams of the CBS department to support the AOA's research agenda. The role provides an opportunity to support operational and research initiatives and offers practical experience in certification testing. Research topics may include exam design and development, administration and supportive validity studies for our certification and osteopathic continuing certification exams.
Responsibilities
Interns will work closely with the psychometric and assessment teams to develop a research plan for the internship.
Over the 10 weeks, interns will attend weekly meetings with their supervisor to discuss progress and address questions, and with one or more research project teams to discuss ongoing work.
Activities may include conducting and writing literature reviews, data gathering/cleaning, programming in R or Python, item and exam analyses with CTT and IRT, performing statistical analyses such as DIF or regression analysis, writing reports, and delivering presentations.
At the conclusion of the internship, all files and equipment will be returned to the AOA.

We are seeking a creative and driven MarketingSpecialist Intern to join our marketing team. What You'll Do:

Construct and manage complex Boolean logic queries and analytics
Create customized reports and dashboards based on client parameters to evaluate their brand impact, competitive performance, campaign success, customer experience, and more
Design and deliver personalized training sessions for customers, enabling them to effectively utilize the Radarly platform
Drive user engagement by developing and executing tailored empowerment plans
Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, and maintain project plans
Communicate project status and deliverables effectively with internal and external teams to ensure client success
Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and effective communication
Track milestones and document client interactions and insights for future reference
What You'll Bring:
Currently enrolled in university (in any specialization)
Ability to solve complex problems by breaking them down into logical components

The Role
We're seeking a Books MarketingSpecialist Intern focused on content marketing. This person will research and design 10 discipline-specific faculty marketing bundles that help participant institutions maximize the value of their Books at JSTOR investments.
This internship spans a period of 12 weeks, beginning on March 2, 2026.
Responsibilities
Identify top searched disciplines and align JSTOR content to them-Books, complemented by related Journals and Primary Sources.
Review and supplement faculty persona and user insights research, and audit institutional library websites, libguides, and collections to inform content creation strategy.
Create bundles that package JSTOR's Books, Journals, and Images with supporting teaching resources, Educational content, and JSTOR Daily articles.
Use content and faculty insights to pitch ideas for creative and distribution strategies (email, newsletters, JSTOR Daily, and social media).
Present bundles for feedback, refine, and finalize a toolkit for distribution.
Skills and Experience
Actively enrolled as a graduate student or an upper-level undergraduate student (junior or senior) in Marketing (Digital Marketing, Content Marketing); Library and Information Science; Education (Curriculum & Instruction or Educational Technology); or English (for strong research and content development skills); or Social Sciences / Humanities (History, Sociology, Literature, etc., for subject-matter familiarity and academic communication skills) degree program.
Strong interest in higher education, faculty engagement, and content marketing.
Prior knowledge and use of JSTOR for research and/or teaching is a plus.
Research and writing skills; ability to synthesize insights.
Familiarity with digital marketing tactics (email, social, content).
Comfortable working independently and incorporating feedback.
