Promotes transparency and accountability in marketing activities through clear communication and research-based strategies, ensuring all staff are informed about marketing programs and initiatives. Works closely with cross-departmental teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Acts as a liaison to gather input, shares updates, and supports collaborative projects that strengthen the brand and member engagement.
