Remote United States Your Impact We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Leader of Product Market Success in the Public Sector to drive the growth and success of Cisco's security product offerings for federal, state and local, higher education and K-12 segments. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. * 4+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing in public sector or related fields, with at least 1-2 years in a public sector leadership role. * Proven success in driving product growth, pipeline generation, and bookings in a regional or global market. * Strong understanding of sales processes, product marketing strategies, and go-to-market frameworks. * Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
