We're seeking a Strategic Partnership Sales & Marketing Intern to support initiatives across sales and marketing. This Omaha-based role offers hands-on experience in campaign communications, CRM management, rebate tracking, and event coordination. Ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys organization, communication, and process improvement.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Plan and execute communication campaigns (internal & external)
+ Manage Salesforce CRM: data accuracy, reporting, and campaign tracking
+ Document workflows and develop SOPs for process alignment
+ Support rebate programs: track submissions and validate data
+ Coordinate event logistics and communications
+ Assist with program management: track progress and meet deadlines
+ Contribute to other tasks as assigned by the Strategic Partnerships team
**Other Important Details:**
This intern reports to the Strategic Partnership Program Manager and works closely with sales, marketing, and product teams. While the role has no direct reports, it plays a key role in supporting campaign execution, CRM utilization, and partner engagement. This entry-level position offers broad exposure to program management and strategic partnerships.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Web Development, or a related field, with a minimum 3.0 GPA
+ Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management abilities
+ Familiarity with digital advertising and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), and a keen interest in digital trends and technology
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
