Do not ever work here. Save yourself.
Micromanagement, CEO has tyrannical ways, leadership has no backbone, there is an atmosphere of anxiety and mistrust. No respect of anyones time. No true flexibility. There’s a lot of annoying competition. HR isn’t a place you can truly vent or discuss issues. There’s just too much to list.
The talented people that did the work. But fortunately many have them left. I don’t have faith this ship can stay afloat by the way the CEO and leadership is running this place into the ground. Nice office location but who cares. Culture is more than just a nice office view and happy hours.
