He was based in that firm's Hartford, Connecticut and West Palm Beach, Florida offices.Mr. Fox holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut as well as a Master's degree in General Management (with a concentration in Finance) from Harvard University. He is licensed as a certified public accountant in New York and Connecticut. He is based in the firm's midtown Manhattan headquarters.
