Essential Tasks, Duties, & Responsibilities
* Brand & Content Storytelling and Engagement: Showcase brand impact by developing compelling content and storytelling to grow brand awareness and relevance.
* Owned Media: Drive qualified traffic and engagement through organic marketing initiatives across owned digital channels, including social, web, newsletters, and events, while connecting the brand to demand. Integrate brand-building opportunities into revenue-generating outcome-based campaigns.
* Paid Media: Drive the campaign strategy and media plans from concept to execution. This includes the creative process, from idea to brief to asset development, in collaboration with the in-house Creative Team. Oversee the campaign planning process and ensure all phases deliver marketing activation plans per objectives, including timely deployment, management, and optimization.
* PR: Lead the public relations strategy, media outreach, and event planning. Elevate the brand and the marketing function through key opinion leaders, influencers, and beauty editors.
* Influencers and Partnerships: Guide partners on brand priorities across brands, products, and categories. Integrate and leverage partners for high-impact programs to engage our audience through relevant co-branded acts and co-marketing programs.
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of brand and social marketing professionals responsible for creating category-defining brand experiences and compelling content. Identify and implement operational and process efficiencies that lead to continuous improvement in cross-team collaboration.
* Leverage data, market insights, marketing tools, and the spectrum of marketing channels to develop and execute impactful strategic recommendations
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing methodologies, best practices, and processes
