This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year

Qualifications:

Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping.

About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Bloomsburg, PA)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Mixing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a hybrid role that consists of 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include loading products, operating a Class B CDL truck, pulling hoses, and climbing on and off the bulk truck in various weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate plant and equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. What you will be doing
This is a hybrid role that consists of 40% driving and 60% physical work
Pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicles, including checking and filling fluid levels
Ability to safely hook up and unhook trailers
Drives emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks
Ensure raw materials and dangerous goods are used, handled, and stored according to requirements
Ensure minimum damage to the environment through waste minimization and control
Report all unusual incidents and accidents immediately
Participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings
What you will bring
At least one year of experience driving and/or handling materials preferred
Knowledgeable of DOT regulations required
Ability to communicate and work in a team environment
Good attention to detail and math skills to handle inventory on a daily basis
Ability to prioritize various projects, ongoing daily tasks, and high-priority situations to maximize efficiency
Physical requirements
The work environment involves being outside in all types of weather
Lifting up to 60 pounds and carrying 50 pounds or more of product or other materials
Must be able to load product, pull large hoses, fill holes, and climb on/off of the truck
Shoveling gravel to fill drilled holes consistently throughout the day
Pushing/pulling in working with equipment
Other activities include frequent bending and squatting
Your qualifications
Requires Class B CDL; Class A is a plus
Tanker endorsement preferred
Hazmat endorsement preferred
We will support obtaining endorsements
At least one year of experience driving is preferred
High School diploma or equivalent

The position hours are Tuesday through Saturday 8a-4:30p.
Position Summary
The Program Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized substance use disorders and Mental Health Residential treatment facility. Position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment. Program Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position acts as a liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and internal resources to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.

Maintains frequent and close working relationships with the Executive Director, Business Development team members, Admissions team members, Nursing leadership, milieu leadership, and all clinical team members.
Outside the organization
: Initiates and maintains professional working relationships with clients and their families, referral partners, clinical partners, and vendors, as needed.
Position Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
Demonstrates a high level of clinical skill in assessing the clinical needs of clients, determining appropriate interventions, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with these needs.
Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports required for each client in compliance with State, accrediting bodies, quality guidelines and payor source guidelines.
Conducts weekly individual and family therapy sessions for assigned caseload.
Monitors behavioral interventions for clients and provides skills coaching, as needed.
Conducts specialized groups as assigned based on education, training, and experience; supervises or co-leads groups with staff or interns when appropriate.
Selects appropriate interventions to meet the clinical needs of individual clients.
Maintains therapeutic relationship with clients using praise and other reinforcers to encourage appropriate behaviors and attitudes.
Sets limits and hold boundaries in a kind and firm manner.
Demonstrates effective verbal crisis intervention and de-escalation, involving other staff as needed.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.
Attends weekly clinical, consultation and business meetings; present cases to be discussed as pre-assigned.
Completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner reflecting ongoing assessment of client's clinical presentation and behaviors.
Communicates client progress with the referral source, family, parent, or guardian informed of treatment goals and plans, as appropriate.
Documents in accordance with policies and procedures services provided, incident reports, shift reports, or department reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicates with referents, clients, and families appropriately and effectively.
Uses the referral process to build relationships with new referents and engages in collaboration with referents.
Addresses clients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in a pleasant and respectful manner.
Responds to clients and families with empathy and positive professional skills.
Additional Responsibilities
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing treatment and results data and trends.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Can be relied upon to be at work as scheduled and is rarely absent from work, notifying the supervisor if absent.

What We're Seeking
Education and Experience
Position requires a bachelor's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Master's degree is strongly preferred. Must hold or be working toward Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC). Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with Mental Health diagnoses, including Thought Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma History, Anxiety and Depression, strongly preferred.
Additional Requirements
Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Clearance of TB test, PA and FBI background check, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
