Program Manager - Naval Business Unit Position Profile: Program Manager leads multiple aerospace and military engineering and manufacturing IPD teams through design, development, qualification and LRIP production phases, acting as primary point of contact for customers for these phases. Program Managers perform project planning, progress measurement, scope control, and status reporting to executive management and customers. Project NRE expenditures to within 10% of BAC. On-time delivery of major milestones to within 2 weeks of baseline. Identifying opportunities to grow business content with associated project customers. Identifying new or synergistic business opportunities in associated market segment. Supporting significant proposals with related PMO inputs. Scrubbing proposal Bases of Estimate. Be the voice of the customer within Marotta with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless networks, Cisco Meraki, and Cisco Nexus environments. * Administer and maintain Palo Alto next-generation firewalls, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting. * Manage cloud networking solutions in AWS, including Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), load balancers, and Direct Connect. * Evaluate, recommend, and implement network technologies and solutions. * Monitor network performance, conduct security audits, and implement optimization strategies. * Diagnose and resolve complex network issues; escalate effectively to Cisco TAC when necessary. * Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff. * Document network architecture, configurations, procedures, and processes thoroughly. Required Qualifications: * 7 to 10 years of network engineering experience. * Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification required. * Extensive experience configuring and managing Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls. * Proficiency in AWS networking (VPC, Route 53, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, ELB). * In-depth knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Cisco Nexus platforms. * Expertise in network security best practices and tools. * Strong troubleshooting skills, critical thinking, and ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be a U.S. citizen. Preferred Qualifications: * AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty certification. * Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certification. * Experience with Silver Peak SD-WAN administration. * Experience with Cisco ISE and WebEx Calling. * Familiarity with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python scripting). * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Work Environment: * Professional office environment; standard office equipment usage. * Occasional evening/weekend work required. * No travel expected. Physical Requirements: * Regular communication via talking/hearing. * Frequent standing, walking, handling objects; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching. * Ability to frequently lift 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. * Visual acuity for close, distance, color vision, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustments.
