My dream is to change the way that communication is used in the relationship between financial institutions and society. After three ivy-league summer programs, three paid internships in marketing, founding a non-profit and a debate team, and creating my own major at BU called Financial Public Relations, I'm ready to tackle the problems that exist between the public and the corporations that steer the economy. The following is a condensed overview of my journey so far:

After receiving communications and grand strategy training from separate programs in Harvard, Dartmouth, and Yale, I founded a non-profit advocacy group, Censored Students, which raised over $10,000 worth of educational resources for under-privileged students. We donated it all to a neighboring school district where average incomes were below the poverty line.

I also founded Marlboro's Speech & Debate Team. I petitioned the school district for funding and built the program from scratch. In the state of New Jersey, I became ranked First for Extemporaneous Speech and Fifth in J.V. Public-Forum Debate.

During the Summer of 2014, I worked directly with Emmy-Award winning producer Mark Macias, the owner of Macias PR, and was involved in every aspect of the business. We solved problems every entrepreneur faces, coordinated media strategies, and attended networking events together. We've also co-written and published a white paper about PR for the financial sector called, "A Statistical Look at the Benefits of Financial PR for Private Equity and Hedge Funds." (contact me for a copy)

I became President of Mountainview College after being elected by a community of over 1,100 scholars to represent student interests and preside over programming. I managed over $20,000 of public university funding to sponsor events/students groups and there are over 40 other elected officials that reported to my office. After a successful term, I was appointed to be the Chief of Staff of the entire Student Association at BU.

An accomplished MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, and Cloud Marketing North American executive sales and business operator w/ proven, and successful, IPO and acquisition experience. Empathetic leader and curious listener that has rallied and persevered during, both, hockey stick growth and challenging times. Nearly 20 years as a builder of revenue, teams, culture, and offices in an evolving digital ecosystem; rare modern day tribal leader, with 10 years of commitment and dedication, fostering growth across one enterprise. I started and created TubeMogul's Central US presence (acquired by Adobe December '16) in 2010 as one of the earliest employees. I was the first TubeMogul (formerly $TUBE on NASDAQ) lead responsible for spearheading the region from $0 to 9-figure annual revenue and opened up the Chicago office w/ the hunger to build-out and mentor a best of breed team. Over the last decade, overseeing sales, annual P&L |100MM, and career development for 250+ budding colleagues at TubeMogul and Adobe, I've held titles of Senior Director, Managing Director, Vice President of Sales, and North American lead. I've lead 6 office build-outs and have cultivated a humble, yet aggressive, culture consisting of grit, passion, humility and trust.Through my "roll-up your sleeves" work ethic and personable approach, I've continued to make a positive and genuine impact on partners, my team, and those that have mentored/managed me to accelerate our mutual growth. Building teams, driving revenue, developing and hitting goals, and surrounding people with realism-optimism-humor is what I do best. My passion for developing connections and turning ideas into ventures is ever-present. Since '07, I've continued to grow an oxymoronic tongue-in-cheek passion play, KosherHam.com, into a loyal following and sustainable e-commerce based apparel business. Additionally, I serve as an advisor, mentor and entrepreneur/investor to budding businesses.Specialties: start-ups, mentoring, sales leadership, hiring, retention, recruiting, driving global enterprise relationships from top to bottom, solution selling, SaaS, PaaS, DaaS, enterprise sales, revenue forecasting, management, value selling, video advertising (OLV, streaming, OTT, connected TV), analytics, marketing technology
