Pros of working at Marqeta

Very smart teammates. Everyone genuinely cares about the experience of the people. Challenging work.

Cons of working at Marqeta

Lots of politics. Executives are somehow simultaneously disconnected from day-to-day work, yet still, make an effort to micro-manage. Plenty of aspirations but not a lot of consistent follow-throughs.
