A Little About the Role We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in global compensation and benefits. As an intern, you'll support the Total Rewards team in delivering data-driven insights, assisting with projects, and learning how we structure competitive, compliant, and employee-focused rewards programs. What You'll Be Doing Support compensation benchmarking and internal pay analysis by gathering data, conducting market research, and preparing compensation summary information. Assist with the annual compensation cycle, including data validation, tracking merit and bonus payment, and helping prepare communications or reports.
