Some of the clinical staff are pleasant and a very few in leadership.
Unorganized, poor or non existent communication, no responses to attempts to communicate, just literally ignored. Support platforms report inaccurate/incorrect financial data yet when this is reported to management, there is no response. Each office is run differently, no set standards or protocols. No adherence to OSHA/HIPAA regulations and guidelines, no one cares. Recently delayed payroll due to a company expense that was unable be met. The determination by management for the reduced revenue reasons change constantly, they have not paid attention to the actual operations in sometime it appears and financially they struggle as a result. Clueless as to what is truly going on in their practices and business. Always punching for higher revenue to make of the shortfall but never giving anything or appreciation back . Not a progressive clinical organization, still doing things/standards that are outdated. I would not receive dental care at any of the offices and feel confident that proper sterilization techniques were followed.
There are a few great ones, the CEO is clueless and is oblivious to what actually is going on. He is known for undermining others under his direction and I personally never heard any positive feedback.
Start by reorganization from the top down. Hire vetted quality employees, eliminate the current tolerance of poor performance and attitudes out of desperation. Verify all references and work history. Lead by example- they talk it but do not mirror it in their behavior, quite the opposite. Have integrity and good character. Treat everyone equally. Stop the Good Ole’ boys club mentality, dismissiveness and behaviors. Do not condone comments such as “ women only go to dental and medical school to find a husband” or “ a female doctor was described as not interested in making money due to her family being wealthy” very derogatory/disrespectful comments directed at female staff. They do nothing when reported!
Lower than industry standard, varies by demographic, still comparatively lower than other similar DDO’s
Unspoken discrimination is very evident, comments are made by leader’s, and clinicians

Meeting new people and developing relationships t for future employment opportunities.
At Marquee Dental you are often lied to and treated horribly. There is no communication and no accountability. The company only cares about making money and you do not matter. The Management causes drama, and allows gossip to cause a very negative work place. If the Dentists don’t get their way the will scream, curse and throw a fit. When Dentist run behind because of inexperience they will blame everyone but themselves! The Dentist lie about their staff to make themselves look better. Reports to upper management are never taken seriously and if they are reviewed it won’t matter. Lunches do not exist but you will get into trouble for working overtime. You will be hired for one position but you will be in charge of several jobs without any financial compensation. They refuse to give raises based on the fact that the company doesn’t have the money to afford a raise for you. All of their meetings consist of making more money. They do not talk about patient care, staffing issues or work place violence issues or hostility issues. If staff members are in tears it is not a red flag to them!
Finding new employment opportunities that do not involve comfort dental care or marquee dental.
The CEO and The leadership team fail to uphold standards, protocols and are too lazy to effectively communicate across the board. The whole community is operated solely on a popularity contest organized by cliquish groups. The culture is gossip, drama and back stabbing. The true talented hard working people are often shut down by the people who feel inferior and create hostilities to navigate their way to their next position instead of working hard and graduating honestly. As long as you can get a Dentist on your side you can do whatever you want. Most people come and go or make up their own schedule.
Daily communications, reprimands for gossip, and a daily work log to be completed. Then set a training based program to evaluate and determine where individuals true growth and commitments are at. Implement the no fraternization policy. Training rotations.
I walked in with my resume.
This company will low hall you in every aspect. It doesn’t matter how much experience or skill you have they offer the lowest dollar amount.
The Dentists do not like to have too much cultural divide in the Crestview office. However, it is offered in a cultural variety.
The most joy I have ever had was leaving the practice and never having to go back.
