How you'll contribute
A Recreational Therapist who excels in this role:
Conducts assessment and establishes recreational therapy treatment goals and objectives to meet the individual needs of patients.
Pre-certifies patient care. Conducts ongoing reviews to authorize continued care.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a Current Recreational Therapist license. Additional requirements include:
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications: Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
BLS required
Handle with Care (within 3 months of hire)
Minimum Work Experience One year of experience in Recreational Therapy in a hospital setting preferred, experience in treatment planning and implementation highly desirable.

Job Summary/Description:
Generate local sales revenue and achieve established sales goals by selling Television and Digital advertising, along with other sales programs.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Actively sell new direct advertising clients to the station to meet established monthly/quarterly goals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals for new business, TV6, FoxUP, Digital Platforms, and sales promotions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals for specials, sports programming, and other station sales programs.
- Sell all regular and new business at the rate structure outlined by the Local Sales Manager /
DSM and GSM/GM
- Meet the required number of weekly sales calls and presentations.
- Possess a working knowledge and understanding of Nielsen ratings. Present ratings information to local direct clients as well as agencies.
- Sell sales promotion campaigns to local direct and agency clients to secure a larger share of business.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications/Requirements:

- A real desire to understand your clients and their businesses.
