Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.00 plus $2.00/hour additional compensation for flex position
Flex positions are required to have a flexible schedule and the ability to travel to multiple branches as scheduled.

Position Summary:
As a Senior Teller with Marquette Bank, you will assist the Teller Supervisor or Branch Operations Manager with the day-to-day duties of the Retail Operations Department across multiple branch locations. You will perform backroom teller functions, balance the vault and branch, and open and close the branch. You will be one of our customers' most valuable resources by accurately processing customer transactions, developing relationships and delivering a high level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

May assist in opening and closing of branch.
Actively comply with all applicable laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, and all other deposit, lending, or non-deposit service regulations, adhering to the Bank's internal policies, procedures, and risk management responsibilities contained in the Employee Handbook, the Employee Code of Conduct, and other applicable policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge/Abilities/Experience and Training Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have 1-2 years teller experience
Detail oriented with a thorough understanding of the Teller Department
Versatile and possess excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers
Possess leadership and organizational skills to be able to analyze accurately and think quickly

Position Summary:
The Senior Land Trust Representative is responsible for assisting the Land Trust Officer in all aspects of land trust administration. This position requires knowledge of basic land trust transactions, real estate matters, and the ability to interact professionally with land trust customers, attorneys, and trust personnel in a courteous manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a solid understanding of estate and legal documents, the impact of litigation, and the development of building violations and required responses as part of land trust administration.

Position Summary
The Banking Center Manager will be responsible and accountable for directing and administering a banking center with generally more than $50 million in core deposits and loans. Communicate job expectations and evaluate performance against those expectations on a constant basis, providing continual coaching and guidance, and counseling as needed. Conduct and document timely performance discussion/reviews in an honest and impartial manner.
Proactively promote sales culture and ensure that the staff receives proper training to demonstrate abilities to sell and cross-sell to reach own individual or team goals. Follow marketing initiatives and local sales promotions within guidelines provided.
Consistently meet and exceed profit, deposit, service fee income and loan sales goals as defined by management actively soliciting the various retail products.
Conduct regularly scheduled sales and staff meetings.
Provide service to customers and prospective customers on various banking matters, including the explanation of products being offered and professional resolution of problems or issues.
Participate in the selection of personnel and assist in the proper training, cross-training, and development of direct reports to ensure appropriate multi-functionality to support both the branch and broader Retail network.
Demonstrate sound judgement in decision making, abiding appropriately to established guidelines and procedures and utilizing appropriate resources for assistance when needed.
Recommend salary adjustments, training, promotions, as appropriate and within approved budgets.
Oversee the supervision of the banking center to ensure proper functioning of the day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, open and close procedures, daily vault duties, control of cash levels and the adequate supply of the inventory.
Effectively allocate personnel resources through appropriate scheduling, prioritization, and time management to support the banking center and the Retail network as needed.
Pass all audits and enforce compliance procedures at all times.
Monitor documentation of all assigned employees to ensure accuracy and compliance with required guidelines. This includes CIP, BSA, AML, OFAC and all risk levels to the association.
Oversee prescribed security controls to protect the office against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure.
Provide facility oversight and report issues or concerns related to safety, maintenance, access or other items affecting the branch location.
Education and Experience
Looking for someone with three (3) years previous banking center manager experience, but five (5) years preferred. Ability to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents and government regulations. Ability to write business correspondence in response to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone. Ability to speak effectively, presenting information to groups of membership, management and board of directors. Must be able to greet customers throughout the day. Travel as needed to other facilities for meetings or training. Work on Fiserv computer system and Microsoft Office.

Position Summary:
The Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for completing all activities related to the generation of loan documentation, funding, collateral perfection, exception resolution, and real estate construction project tracking, preparing collateral file and securing loan documentation file.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Confirm loan presentation requests adhere to Loan Policy and have the proper approval authority.
Review and evaluate supporting documents provided by the Commercial Banking origination team (i.e. Entity Formation Documentation, UCC Searches, Flood Zone Determinations, Title Commitments, Appraisals, Surveys, Environmental Audits, Tenant Leases, all other forms required to document or secure the loan).
Prepare and review loan documents utilizing software.
When loan documents are prepared by outside counsel, forward supporting documentation to counsel and review documents prepared by counsel.
Review executed loan documents and verify that the documents are properly executed.
Set up file monitoring in tickler systems.
Forward documentation to the proper recording office to record and perfect the Bank's lien on collateral.
Resolve documentation exceptions listed in system.
Process and balance construction draw requests for funding internally or through a title company construction escrow.
Assist in reviewing loan policies, procedures, strategies and delivery systems utilized in the loan documentation process.
Participate in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity initiatives as assigned.
Prepare monthly department report.
Actively comply with all applicable laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, and all other deposit, lending, or non-deposit service regulations; adhering to the Bank's internal policies, procedures, and risk management responsibilities contained in the Employee Handbook, the Employee Code of Conduct, and other applicable policies.
Knowledge/Abilities/Experience and Training Required:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or certification in Business Law, Business Finance or Commercial Real Estate Lending.
Minimum 5 years' experience with commercial real estate loan documentation, construction loan documentation and commercial loan documentation.
Working knowledge of bank operations, systems and regulatory guidelines.
Self-motivated and willingness to implement changes to improve bank performance.

Proactively promote sales culture and ensure that the staff receives proper training to demonstrate abilities to sell and cross-sell to reach own individual or team goals. Follow marketing initiatives and local sales promotions within guidelines provided.
Consistently meet and exceed profit, deposit, service fee income and loan sales goals as defined by management actively soliciting the various retail products.
Conduct regularly scheduled sales and staff meetings.
Provide service to customers and prospective customers on various banking matters, including the explanation of products being offered and professional resolution of problems or issues.
Participate in the selection of personnel and assist in the proper training, cross-training, and development of direct reports to ensure appropriate multi-functionality to support both the branch and broader Retail network.
Demonstrate sound judgement in decision making, abiding appropriately to established guidelines and procedures and utilizing appropriate resources for assistance when needed.
Recommend salary adjustments, training, promotions, as appropriate and within approved budgets.
Oversee the supervision of the banking center to ensure proper functioning of the day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, open and close procedures, daily vault duties, control of cash levels and the adequate supply of the inventory.
Effectively allocate personnel resources through appropriate scheduling, prioritization, and time management to support the banking center and the Retail network as needed.
Pass all audits and enforce compliance procedures at all times.
Monitor documentation of all assigned employees to ensure accuracy and compliance with required guidelines. This includes CIP, BSA, AML, OFAC and all risk levels to the association.
Oversee prescribed security controls to protect the office against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure.
Provide facility oversight and report issues or concerns related to safety, maintenance, access or other items affecting the branch location.
Education and Experience
Looking for someone with three (3) years previous banking center manager experience, but five (5) years preferred. Ability to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents and government regulations. Ability to write business correspondence in response to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone. Ability to speak effectively, presenting information to groups of membership, management and board of directors. Must be able to greet customers throughout the day. Travel as needed to other facilities for meetings or training. Work on Fiserv computer system and Microsoft Office.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, related field, or equivalent work experience.
Five + years of financial services experience.
Supervisory experience is required.
AAP and APRP Nacha Certifications preferred.

Position Summary:
The Senior Land Trust Representative is responsible for assisting the Land Trust Officer in all aspects of land trust administration. This position requires knowledge of basic land trust transactions, real estate matters, and the ability to interact professionally with land trust customers, attorneys, and trust personnel in a courteous manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a solid understanding of estate and legal documents, the impact of litigation, and the development of building violations and required responses as part of land trust administration.
Prepare and review documents requested by beneficiaries, attorneys, lenders, and others for signature under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President & Trust Officer.
Maintain and input new land trust accounts and transactions on Entrust III System.

Operations:

Prepare and monitor correspondence regarding building violations and real estate tax bills.
Scan, file, and manage opening and closing of file setups.
Customer Service:
Efficiently manage daily phone inquiries in a patient courteous manner with accuracy.
Independently process general land trust transactions received by email, mail, phone, fax, and in person.

Position Summary:
The Teller Specialist Flexible is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the teller line across multiple branches. Providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing. A Teller Specialist Flexible must have extensive knowledge of retail operations policies and procedures and must be able to handle unusual customer transactions, and answer more difficult customer inquiries. Additionally, Teller Specialist Flexible has a larger cash limit and works independently within established procedures outlined by Branch Operations Officer.
Under general supervision of the Branch Operation Manager and in line with established policies and procedures, provides a variety of service functions to the Bank's customers. Job requires extensive on the job training for job proficiency. Job involves considerable customer contact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively represent the Bank to all customers maintaining a high level of service to assist the branch in obtaining the highest customer service ratings, including internal survey results.
Operate a teller station by performing basic teller functions in compliance with Bank policy and audit procedures, including:
Accept all checking account transactions such as check cashing, deposits, and certified checks.
Accept all savings transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
Redeem US Savings Bonds.
Cash and issue official bank checks.
All loan payments
Collect and process the appropriate service charge fees.
Complete coin orders and coin counting.
Comply with all branch operating, audit and compliance requirements.
Maintain basic knowledge of operations and sales requirements-e.g. records, BSA, fraud, and CTRs.
Responsible for daily balancing of cash drawer.
Open or close branch as needed.
Respond to customer's inquiries and cross sell financial products and services by explaining, promoting and providing referrals.
