Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field BCBA certification (preferred) Hold a Pennsylvania license as a physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist 90 hours of coursework in evidence-based practices approved by the BAS or BACB FBI clearance, child abuse clearance, criminal background clearances and manadated reporter training Knowledge of IBHS regulations Additional qualifications specified by agency, MCO and/or regulatory parties Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal directions Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Workspace. Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings Transportation that is reliable and insured in the state of Pennsylvania Responsibilities: The job responsibilities of this position include but may not be limited to the following: Maintain open communication with parents/caregivers/case managers/schools. Provide a professional and motivating work environment. Conduct observations in the community, school and/or home setting. Utilize assessments such as but no limited to: Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC), Ohio Scales, Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS), Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), and Vineland. Meet as needed with supervised staff to discuss ongoing client issues and to provide support when necessary. Complete the IBHS assessment to meet the state regulations within the designated time line to ensure authorization of services.
