What we want you to do:
In accordance with Head Start performance standards, ACF, licensing and organization guidelines, implement an individualized early education program that is based on children's strengths and needs.
Conduct ongoing assessment of children and maintain documentation of each child's progress.
Perform a developmental screening of all children with 45 days of enrollment.
Develop weekly instructional plans guided by results of ongoing assessment.
Implement family and community partnership services for families enrolled in Clayton Early Learning programs.
Provide case management services and support families in moving toward self-sufficiency.
Facilitate the identification and codifying of personal and family goals.
Complete and monitor the family partnership agreements.
Assist parents in identifying and working with public/private agencies
Provide crisis intervention to families including, but not limited to, child abuse, domestic violence and emergency food and housing needs.
Meet weekly with supervisor to plan and evaluate home visits. Consult with appropriate staff as needed to better serve individual families.
Collaborate with health service staff to ensure and monitor compliance with child health requirements. Guide families in the acquisition and use of medical and dental services.
Complete all forms and monitoring tools in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule and Clayton Early Learning policies.
Demonstrate responsible professional behavior by participating effectively within and across teams.
Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and meetings concerning teaching methods, approaches, and other topics relating to the early childhood development component.
Perform other duties as assigned.

In this dynamic role, you will provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy to youth ages 6-17 and their caregivers directly in their homes, with a focus on improving emotional regulation, parenting, and behavior management. Traveling throughout Aurora (mileage reimbursed), you'll deliver dyadic and parent-only therapy rooted in the neurobiology of trauma. This position plays a critical role in reducing the need for hospitalization or residential placement by supporting youth at risk of, or transitioning from, higher levels of care. We're looking for someone who brings strong interpersonal skills, creativity in applying skills-based interventions, and a balance of playfulness and professionalism to engage youth and families in meaningful, transformative work.
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!
*Sign-on Bonus not eligible for internal employees and re-hired employees within 90 days from separation.
Sign-on Bonus is based on full-time (40 hours/week). Prorated if fewer than 40 hours/week. Paid in two installments: 50% on the first paycheck, 50% on the paycheck following the 6-month anniversary.
Schedule. Therapists on this team work in-office, virtual, and community-based days to support client needs. We offer a 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour workday schedule, with a minimum of 3 in-person shifts until 6:30pm per week. Evening, office, and community-based work requirements may shift based on client needs. Staff schedules flex and alternate such that there are late office and community appointments available for clients Monday-Thursday.
Salary for this role.
Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on years of experience or licensure and company equity.
Unlicensed Therapist: $58,480.92 - $80,026.62 per year.
Licensed Therapist: $66,512.16 - $91,016.64 per year.
Unlicensed Psychologist: $70,010 - $83,473.46 per year.
Licensed Psychologist: $99,493.68 - $118,627.08 per year.
Bilingual Language Differential Pay.
*Rate depends on language requirements for the position and the candidate's fluency.
Employees will receive scheduled earnings on a bi-weekly basis, equivalent to 5% of their regular base rate (hourly or salaried), with a maximum amount of $3,000.00 per calendar year. The annual maximum amount will be prorated based on full-time equivalency (FTE).
Essential Functions:
Facilitate recovery and optimal quality of life in clients with behavioral health concerns, by providing clinical services, case management and education. In collaboration with the client, create and carry out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure.
Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual, family and/or group therapy with assigned clients.
Develop and monitor treatment plans; update at required intervals.

Complete all requests to provide the necessary information and undertake the required activities to ensure timely and ongoing credentialing with third party payers.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Unlicensed Therapist or Psychologist:
Master's or Doctoral degree in professional counseling from a program that's accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) or CSWE (Council on Social Work Education).
Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit (e.g., LPCC, PSYC, MFTC, SWC/LSW) within 30 days of hire and actively pursue an independent clinical license (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LCSW). AMHR will provide quality supervision for clinical hours towards licensure at no cost to the employee.
Preferred: At least one year of clinical experience providing care to the appropriate client population, including diagnosing, conducting intake assessments, and delivering individual, family, or group therapy.
Licensed Therapist or Psychologist:
At least two years of clinical experience providing care, including conducting individual, family, and/or group therapy.

Our team coordinates treatment and provides tools and safety planning for children/youth and families so that they can safely return to their homes and the community. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Meets with all assigned children/youth, conduct clinical interviews and set up initial staffing in order to develop treatment plans for each individual.
Maintains caseload as assigned by Manager or Program Coordinator by overseeing the implementation and review of all treatment services provided to each child/youth on caseload.
Primary coordinator for discharge planning and transition of care to community resources for each child/youth on caseload
Conducts individual, family, and group therapy. Co-facilitate multi-family group with other Therapists. Will maximize medically authorized services with clients and their families in accordance with the treatment plan.
Works with Case Managers in coordination with the referring agency and/or funding source, community contacts, family, legal system, and other professionals involved in the child/youth's treatment.
Maintains timely documentation. This includes but is not limited to admission notes, progress notes, discharge paperwork, and treatment plans.
Follows all Jefferson Center policies and procedures in order to maintain the highest standards and provide the best level of care to children/youth.
Operates within scope of his/her respective license and complies with all regulations regarding his/her respective license.

Re-assesses and completes treatment / concurrent reviews on patients and revises treatment plans as needed
Completes transition plans and discharge summaries for discharged patients
Conducts individual sessions in accordance with the treatment plan, to provide feedback, support or encouragement, address behaviors and attitudes, or family, social or personal problems
Ensures presence of a release of information to protect patient privacy and confidentiality when communicating and following up with stakeholders (i.e., family, primary care physicians, other providers)
Models fidelity Evidence Based Practices and counselor competencies, as required.
Ensures and promotes a patients' rights to privacy, confidentiality, and other legal rights.
Maintains timely documentation in patient records in accordance with CBHC policies, Colorado and federal (CSAT and HIPAA) regulations, and CARF standards
Assists in preparation of the program for CARF accreditation and the implementation of organizational and clinical standards.
Maintains a working knowledge of state and federal regulations, and the CARF Opioid Treatment Program standards
Hours:
8 hour days, M-F - 6am-2pm for 4 days a week and 1 day a week from 8am-4pm.
Education, License/Certifications and Experience
CAS Certification with bachelors degree or higher-level education. (LPC, LCSW, LAC)
Three years experience as a counselor for substance abuse and/or mental health adult patients in an outpatient / inpatient setting (preferred)
Professional Competencies:
Communication: Must be able to express ideas clearly, concisely and in plain language to patients and their families
Judgment: Uses clinical judgment in providing counseling and resolving treatment issues with patients and their families
Opioid Treatment Knowledge: Working knowledge of ASAM Level 1 Criteria, addiction treatment and opioid agonist medication
