Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and the Initiative Advisor for POP and ReNew, the social work responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Leading development and delivery of complex, multi-faceted programs for POP and ReNew participants.
Leading social work case management of the social work team (including an additional part-time social worker and two to four social work students) for ReNew participants.
Advising the POP team, and the ReNew team, comprised of federal judges, Assistant U.S. Attorneys, Assistant Federal Public Defenders, and U.S. Pretrial Services and U.S. Probation Officers, on supervision of participants and court process development.

As Product Counsel, you would support the development, launch, and governance of our global data and technology products. Summary of position:

A Family Enrichment Center (FEC) is a family-centered, place-based primary prevention approach, where all members of the community have access to and may benefit from both structured or spontaneous activities and events (called “offerings”) that strengthen family protective factors to increase child and family well‑being and promote stability. FEC offerings are available to everyone, regardless of current or past child welfare involvement.
The goal of the Family Enrichment Center (FEC) is to enhance child and family well‑being by providing access and support to enable the strengthening of family protective factors inherent in its residents and community by building mutual community connections, capacity, and resilience.
In partnership with FEC staff, families will drive the planning, development, and sustainable co‑ownership of the centers. Families who participate in the FEC programming will be encouraged to share their expertise by volunteering at the center and given meaningful opportunities to engage with neighbors and peers. The goal of the FEC is to strengthen families' protective factors and build community connections, capacity, and resilience.
Position Summary
The Family Advocate is responsible for contributing to the day‑to‑day operation of the FEC including building connections with other staff, residents, and community partners; co‑designing and delivering relevant programming and activities (offerings); providing advocacy and making referrals for participants; and creating a warm and inviting gathering place for families and individuals using the protective factors model to support community resilience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, provide support, and collaborate with a team of local parents, subject experts, and other residents to deliver monthly events and activities (offerings) held at the FEC.
Foster a culture of respect built on the belief that families and communities possess the inherent strengths and knowledge needed to succeed given the right access to opportunities and support.
Provide advocacy, outreach, and referrals to connect participants to service providers and other programs that have resources to offer.
Engage groups of local community members of all ages and guide them through the co‑designed activities and programming of the FEC.
Manage enrollment and attendance at offerings and events.
Care for and attend to the physical space of the FEC program to ensure it is safe, welcoming, organized, and appealing to participants and community members.
Handle inventory and ordering/purchasing responsibilities to keep the site running and ensure needed food and supplies are stocked for offerings.
Effectively utilize tracking and reporting mechanisms and accurately enter data and run reports in the FEC website and other agency databases as needed to obtain program‑level data, compiling statistical or written reports for agency and external stakeholders.
Manage the FEC website to communicate with and engage members.
Use Appreciative Inquiry and other strength‑based tools to engage community members in co‑designing offerings.
Create monthly calendars, website content, and other outreach tools to promote and document offerings.
Participate and engage with the FEC team in learning collaboratives facilitated by ACS with other FEC teams from across the city.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and three (3) years of professional experience; or a high school diploma and five (5) years of professional experience in community-driven programs working directly with children, youth, and families.
Reside in or near the FEC community, or reside close enough to arrive promptly, in the event of an emergency.
Bi‑Lingual either /Mandarin &/or Cantonese is required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to warmly connect with and engage children, youth, and adults individually and in groups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with the community and its assets and resources, such as other programs, services, supports, local civic groups, and community leaders.
Experience in developing and running a group, a club, or coaching a team preferred.
Experience caring for children (as a parent, guardian, relative, neighbor, or babysitter) preferred.
Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced, challenging, and constantly changing environment.
Must have a commitment to work from a trauma‑informed, strength‑based, youth and family development perspective.

What You'll Do:
As a BSFT Therapist, you'll play a critical role in delivering in-home family therapy that helps stabilize at-risk youth and their families. Your mission:
Provide direct clinical treatment using the BSFT model-engaging, empowering, and effective
Manage a caseload of 7-12 families and support your peers with coverage as needed
Participate in weekly supervision and advanced clinical training to sharpen your skills
Keep up with ongoing education requirements to maintain fidelity to the model
Ensure compliance with all clinical and administrative aspects of the BSFT approach
Travel to families across Middlesex, Somerset, and Union Counties
What You Bring to the Team:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Valid LSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LAC, LPC, or similar NJ-issued license (or exam passed with license pending)
At least 1 year of experience working in family support, youth services, or child welfare
Valid NJ driver's license, good 5-year abstract, and reliable transportation
Bilingual skills in English/Mandarin are a plus
Ability to work respectfully with families of diverse backgrounds and display sensitivity to cultural diversity
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed-we meet families where they are

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.

Requirements:

Position Summary
The Case Manager reports to the Associate Director of Case Management and serves as a key member of Disability Services Case Management team. Under general supervision, the Case Manager will provide case management services for students with a range of disabilities enrolled in programs on the Morningside campus. This position is integral to furthering accessibility and inclusion for students with disabilities at Columbia and will work closely with faculty and University partners to remove barriers to learning, co-curricular programs, and resources.
This is an essential on-site role that requires occasional weekend and late evening hours during times of peak operational volume. Some hybrid work options may be considered.
Responsibilities
Case Management (75%)
Manage academic accommodations as defined by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act for a large caseload of students registered with Disability Services.
In consultation with the Associate Director for Case Management, develops comprehensive disability case management strategies and facilitates accommodation and support services for students with a range of disabilities; supports students through a variety of interventions, referrals, advocacy, and follow-up services.
In consultation with the Associate Director, reviews highly sensitive and confidential disability documentation to determine disability status and need for accommodations.
Develop, implement, update, and evaluate accommodation plans with students and faculty.
Participates in case reviews to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate students' accommodation needs.
Develops plans for individual students' academic and personal accommodations in concert with other advisors as needed.
Advises students on rights and responsibilities regarding academic accommodations, departmental policies and procedures, and University policies, disclosure, disability management, reasonability, and the grievance processes.
Documents and maintains timely and accurate electronic student records, including records of activities with students, communications, documentation, and meeting notes.
Makes appropriate referrals to university support services and off-campus professionals as needed.
Responsible for ensuring that accommodations letters are issued according to the departmental procedures.
Compliance/Awareness/Outreach (15%)
Maintains professional expertise in matters pertaining to federal and state regulations and policies affecting persons with disabilities, including Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, including ADA standards and regulations pertinent to students with disabilities in higher education.
Provides ongoing technical assistance to faculty, class deans, and other advisors regarding the University's obligations to students with disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Perform outreach to students, faculty, and staff, and represent Disability Services at orientation and other events.
Serves as a liaison to other University departments and divisions to facilitate services for students with disabilities; interfaces regularly with faculty and University administrators, including Morningside schools, Columbia Health, Public Safety, Dining, and Libraries on disability issues.

Minimum Qualifications
