Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) NEW HIRE BONUS! The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for training and managing a team of assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior technicians/RBTs in the implementation of individualized treatment plans using the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). If you want to stay in the field of ABA therapy long-term, we offer an in-house mentoring program and career path to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
