Delegate work assignments to volunteers/Child Life Assistant's and participate in clinical training of student interns.
Minimum Qualifications Education:

Flexible scheduling options available that align with both the clinician and client/family needs. A willingness to maintain afternoon availability and some evenings required for seeing clients who need afternoon and evening availability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide client-centered and culturally responsive therapy to couples, families, and individuals
Engage all family members or partners in treatment planning and psychoeducation
Conduct biopsychosocial and relational assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions tailored to relational and family dynamics
Support clients in resolving conflict, improving communication, and strengthening relationships
Respond to crises with empathy, prioritizing safety and stabilization
Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation
Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and other providers as needed for family-centered care
Participate in individual supervision, case consultation, and team collaboration
Stay current with best practices in couples and family therapy, continuing education, and regulatory requirements
Provide clients with resources and guidance to help achieve relational and individual treatment goals
Qualifications
Required:
Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Independent licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
Experience providing therapy to couples, families, or individuals
Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions
Knowledge of family systems, couples dynamics, and developmental considerations
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation
Preferred:
Training or certification in couples or family therapy modalities (e.g., EFT, Gottman Method, CBT for couples/families, IFS, DBT)
Experience working with diverse family structures and dynamics
Experience collaborating with schools and pediatric providers
