Summary of Duties of the Life Enrichment Specialist
The Life Enrichment Specialist is a full-time travel position responsible for providing on-site leadership support to Grace Management, Inc. communities by filling open Life Enrichment and Village Program leadership roles on assignment. This position ensures consistency in programming, hospitality excellence, and resident engagement during times of transition, vacancy, or performance improvement. The Specialist will work in collaboration with the Resident Experience team to uphold company standards, mentor Life Enrichment Directors and Village Program Life Enrichment Managers, and provide training and stabilization support across the portfolio.
Essential Functions of the Life Enrichment Specialist
Serve as an interim Life Enrichment Director or Village Program Life Enrichment Manager during community vacancies, transitions, or leadership changes, ensuring a seamless continuation of engagement programs.

Assist with the implementation of quarterly engagement campaigns, holiday programming, and corporate initiatives.

Ensure programming culture is maintained and enhanced during times of change.
Partner with community and divisional leadership to align expectations during onboarding.

Education and Experience
Position requires a PhD, Psy.D, Ed.D in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Position requires a minimum of one (2) years' experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with mental health and substance use disorders, strongly preferred. Must have a valid Florida Department of Health license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
Other Requirements
Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record.
Clearance of TB test and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.

The Functional Family Therapist provides family therapy to youth and families in need. The FFT therapist provides services both in home and in the community to assure we are meeting the youth and families where they are, in both the therapeutic aspect and their geographical location.
We are looking for a Functional Family Therapist who must have:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education or other relevant human or social service profession.
Two (2) years' experience in youth and family services working within the family's home.
Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
Establish a mutually respectful relationship, in which the family is a full partner, empowered to solve their own problems.
Intervene decisively, when necessary, to protect family members.
Set appropriate boundaries and limits for best practice.
Engage youth/families referred and pre-screened for FFT services within 48 hours of receiving referral (business days), and complete initial face-to-face contact no later than 7 business days.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with referral source, service providers, and key players in family's treatment plan.
Submit weekly referral report to Program Director to provide status of pending referrals assigned.
Participate in weekly staffing, meetings, individual, group, and monthly supervision with FFT Consultant, Team, and Program Director.
Input and update youth/family progress data on program tracker.
Belief in the capacity of people to grow and change.
Provide a maximum of 3 booster sessions to family's so long as they meet the necessary requirement post discharge.
Collaborate/Participate in community events to spread awareness of and promote BFC's FFT Program.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Job Essentials:

Utilize the FFT model with families who have adolescents between the ages of 11 and 18.
Carry a caseload of 10-12 families, providing services anywhere from eight to 26 weeks.

Engage families who may not want the service.
Adapt and individualize program interventions to utilize family strengths and skills.
Empower families to solve their own problems.
