We are expanding our Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs and seeking passionate clinicians who thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our growing team. This position primarily involves facilitating group therapy sessions and short individual check-ins as part of our structured Day Treatment/IOP/PHP programs. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset while helping clients make meaningful progress in their recovery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including medical, psychosocial, and presenting concerns. Facilitate group therapy sessions and brief individual therapeutic check-ins within structured programs. Deliver crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and skills training. Provide individual psychotherapy for clients aged 16 and above. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams. Ensure smooth and supportive onboarding for new clients entering treatment. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, and administrative teams to promote holistic care. Manage an active caseload, ensuring ongoing engagement and therapeutic progress. Experience with Day Treatment, IOP, or PHP programs preferred. Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
