This is a clinical position that involves overseeing the clinical functions of a Community Crisis Home (CCH) and/or Enhance Behavior Support Home (EBSH). The QBMP oversees the implementation of the Individual Behavior Support Plan (IBSP) and reviews data on a weekly/monthly basis. This includes but is not limited to conducting a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA), reviewing proactive and reactive strategies/interventions. Also, providing direct clinical supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Lead RBTs. The QBMP assists the BCBA Director with education and training of the home. Pomona TAY program - Transitional age youth is ages 16-25, referral and criteria only based. The program is 18-24 months intense stabilizing program to get on medication, stabilize, reduce/eliminate hospitalizations, and prepare for step down to a lower level of care. Clients must be referred to our program via DMH and must meet criteria to be accepted (psychosis, homelessness, history of hospitalizations, co-occurring). FSP is the highest level of care a client can receive before a psychiatric hospitalization.
