Learn and navigate the MST model as well as apply MST principles and analytic process to systemic problems within client familys ecology.

Demonstrate the ability to use crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation skills. Cover the on-call crisis line in a rotating schedule with MST team.
Experience:
Direct use of pragmatic (i.e. structural, strategic, and functional) family therapies.
Individual therapist with children and adults using cognitive behavior techniques.
Previous work providing in-home or community-based therapy services
Experience working in a team environment and ability to accept and provide feedback in a team environment as part of ongoing clinical development.
Qualications:
Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health eld (M.A., M.S., MSW, MFT). License Preferred
Must be able to successfully pass a full criminal background check;
Must have a valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle record and operating vehicle with valid insurance and registration. Insurance coverage must meet program requirements in order to transport clients.

Job Summary:
As an essential member of an interdisciplinary team, the Crisis Counselor (Licensed) works with individuals and their families to perform emergency crisis mental health assessments of clients whose lives are disrupted or complicated by mental illness, behavior disturbances, substance abuse issues, acute suicidality, homicidally, or the inability to function or maintain in the community due to mental illness. Conducts crisis evaluations, as requested by individuals in the community, to determine client disposition. Services include but are not limited to: comprehensive assessment of social, emotional, and psychiatric history/ diagnosis, treatment and safety planning, level of care ass ignment, connection with necessary resources, and admission to appropriate inpatient facilities, as warranted. Actively engages with crisis hotlines, schools, community partners, first responders and hospital emergency departments.
In addition to providing quality care, focus in this role is on clinical confidence and further expanding clinical knowledge and expertise as a licensed professional.
Essential Functions - Clinical Care:
• Provides comprehensive telehealth and in-person crisis assessments, de-escalation, triage and intervention at various locations, both within the organization and the community. Assesses client's behavioral status and provides evidence-based intervention strategies to include discharge planning and connecting to outpatient care.
• Provides effective diagnostic assessments to include psycho-social history, diagnostic justification and conceptualization of client needs to drive treatment planning and quality of care.
• Coordinates with various medical providers, family supports and additional service providers to determine client disposition, including collateral contact and determining plan for higher level of care as needed.
• Supplies client, family members and/or caregivers with appropriate community and/or organization resources. • Serves as a crisis consultation with other Diversus Health providers as appropriate.
• Engages at risk clients with strategic safety planning and interventions that deescalate and stabilize them and can initiative involuntary mental health hold if appropriate based on severity of risk.
• Develops safety plans that balance risk assessment with client strengths, support systems, and supervisor feedback as needed to include counseling to access of lethal means.
• Completes all documentation in clear, comprehensive, and timely fashion and meets quality standards, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Serves as a crisis consultation with other Diversus Health providers as appropriate.

The Licensed Addiction Counselor provides one on one drug and alcohol consultation to patients/clients; along with individual and group therapy in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient programs. The Licensed Addiction Counselor also provides crisis intervention and assists with behavioral health needs and issues including mental illness, developmental and learning disabilities, substance use, etc.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Student Support

General Purpose
Our Child First Clinician partners with a Family Support Partner to engage families who are referred to the Child First home-based intervention. Child First's primary goal is to strengthen the caregiver-child relationship so that it serves both as a protective buffer to unavoidable stress and directly facilitates the child's emotional, language, and cognitive growth. The Clinician uses trauma-informed CPP, a relationship-based, dyadic, parent-child treatment model, which focuses on the primary attachment relationships of the young child. The Clinician engages with both the caregiver and child in a supportive, reflective, and exploratory manner which fosters a protective, nurturing, and responsive parent-child relationship. Help the caregiver gain insight regarding personal history (including trauma history), feelings for the child, and current parenting practices.
Avert crisis situations by assisting the family in times of urgent need (e.g., risk of harm to child or caregiver, pending child removal), in consultation with the Family Support Partner and Clinical Supervisor.
Provide mental health and developmental assessment and consultation within early care and education settings and to other early childhood providers.
Embrace use of videotaping to enhance both therapeutic work with families and reflective supervision.
Engage in weekly individual, Team, and group reflective clinical supervision with Clinical Supervisor.
Engage actively in all aspects of the Child First Learning Collaborative, including in-person trainings, distance learning curriculum, and specialty trainings.
Keep all appropriate documentation for clinical accountability and reimbursement.

Purpose statement
The School Social Worker supports students' academic success, social-emotional development, and overall well-being by addressing barriers to learning. Working collaboratively with educators, families, and community agencies, the School Social Worker provides prevention, intervention, and support services that promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Student Support
Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments and assist in developing intervention plans
Support students experiencing crises, trauma, grief, or significant life changes
Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior intervention plans as appropriate
Family & Community Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources
Provide families with referrals to community agencies and support services
Collaborate with families to strengthen engagement and address attendance, behavior, or social-emotional concerns
School Collaboration
Consult with teachers, administrators, and support staff regarding student needs and effective interventions
Support positive school climate initiatives, social-emotional learning programs, and restorative practices
Participate in multidisciplinary teams (MTSS, student support teams, crisis teams, etc.)
Prevention & Advocacy
Promote equity and advocate for students facing social, economic, or emotional challenges
Assist with attendance interventions and truancy prevention
Provide staff training on trauma-informed practices, mental health awareness, and student supports
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations
Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner
Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines for school social work
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited program
State licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (or eligibility for licensure)
Knowledge of child development, mental health, and educational systems
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Successfully complete background check
Experience working with young children, particularly in an educational setting, is highly desirable.
Interpersonal skills that allow for successful work with adults and children.
Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment
