POSITION DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the Residential Manager, the Behavioral Health Technician will perform designated non-clinical tasks that promote the overall health and well-being for both inpatient and outpatient clients. Provide exceptional direct and supportive services to include crisis management, assist with therapeutic activities and the facilitation of groups. These duties will be performed in a highly professional and enthusiastic manner in direct alignment with the mission, vision and values of Queen of Peace Center. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with aMasters Degree in Social Work or Counseling and a minimum of one year of related counseling experience or any equivalent combination of experience and post graduate training.
