This position formulates and implements individual and group interventions in the areas of reintegration planning and substance abuse treatment. The specialist will conduct evaluations using evidenced-based evaluation rating tools, will implement case and treatment plans and will delivery evidence-based substance abuse programming. Salary Information
This position is in pay schedule and range 12-64 with a starting pay of $29.94/hour - $34.34/hour.
This position may receive a $1.00 to $2.00 per hour add-on pay based on the type of SAC credential possessed at the time of hire.
Candidates with no prior permanent employment with the State of Wisconsin in the past 5 years may be eligible to accept a sign-on bonus of $3,000. The sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments: $1500 on the first paycheck and $1500 with the paycheck for the pay period in which the employee attains permanent status (usually 1 year). (UW System employment isn't disqualifying.)
To receive the bonus, a candidate must sign an agreement indicating they will remain in that position for a year. If the candidate leaves their position prior to completing the one year, they may be required to reimburse the initial payment.

Compensation: Salaried employee; $60,000 - $80,000/ Year based on license type and productivity. Commensurate with experience. Productivity bonuses awarded twice per year (every six months) to eligible staff.
Position Summary
The Clinical Therapist is a full-time position providing therapeutic services in an outpatient setting, supporting both the Outpatient and FACE to FACE Partial Hospital programs as needed. This role includes delivering individual, family, and group therapy, maintaining up-to-date case files in the electronic medical record (EMR), and handling administrative duties such as care coordination, discharge planning, and program compliance while upholding high ethical and professional standards.

Essential Duties / Functions:
Perform telehealth and in-person health screenings and assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of all required paperwork in compliance with the policies and procedures (P&P) manual.
Provide compassionate, person-centered care by addressing clients' needs with professionalism, empathy, and creativity, while delivering high-quality therapeutic services, including assessments, intakes, individual, family, and/or group therapy, in accordance with professional standards and the agency's policies and procedures.
Maintain full-time billing requirements by achieving a minimum of 32 billed SALs per week.
Develop and complete treatment plans and clinical case notes in a timely and accurate manner using a person-centered process.
Complete discharge planning and coordinate care as required to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of services as required.
Maintain consistent communication with clinical and administrative staff.
Complete Utilization Review assignments including but not limited to obtaining authorizations for services provided.
Demonstrate and maintain stable, professional, and appropriate boundaries with clients at all times.
Appropriately manage and resolve crisis situations all while maintaining professionalism and ensuring client safety.
Attend and participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Exhibit a positive attitude toward learning and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Demonstrate ability to accept constructive feedback, implement guidance, and show a willingness to grow and improve professionally.
Meet eligibility requirements and successfully pass the Michigan licensing exam for full licensure within the required timeframe, if applicable.
Stay current with professional training requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

This role requires extended periods of remaining in a stationary position during HIPAA-compliant telehealth and in-person sessions and requires the ability to perform physical activities such as bending and reaching. The position involves prolonged active listening and verbal communication.
Proficiency in using computers, phones, and office equipment for documentation and telehealth purposes is necessary. This includes but is not limited to Office 365 and Electronic Medical Record systems.

Requirements
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
