The Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) will provide behavioral health services for adult and/or pediatric patients followed in the primary care and other clinics at Nappi Wellness Institute. This position works collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psycho-social management and support to patients and families. This position will provide behavioral health consultation, assessment and therapy services to at-risk patients. Program Summary : The Crisis Residence program is a unique program providing trauma informed care in a therapeutic milieu for children experiencing a crisis.
