The Therapist conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, provides clinical supervision to counseling staff as required, and ensures compliance with state guidelines and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling services using evidence-based practices for children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Regularly review and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress. Provide clinical supervision to counseling interns and counseling staff, as applicable and according to Tennessee state guidelines.
